Valtava kolmen kerroksen huvila erilaisilla sisustustyyliillä tyydyttämään minkä tahansa maun. Poikkeuksellisen kirkkaat asunnot yhdistyvät vaivattomasti uskomattomiin ulkotiloihin, kuten kahteen upeasti panoraamaterassiin, mukavaan varjoiseen puutarhaan, josta voi nauttia upeasta näkymästä Etnan tulivuorille, ja tyylikkään paletinmuotoisen uima-altaan kanssa, joka on ihanteellinen aikuisille kuin lapsille ja avoin ympäri vuoden.

Villa del Cavaliere Grillo sijaitsee aivan Trecastagni-kylän ulkopuolella (söpö kylä 15 km Cataniasta ja 10 km Acirealen rannikolta) umpikujan lopussa, jossa voit turvallisesti pysäköidä autosi.

Huvilan pohjakerros koostuu kahdesta asunnosta, jotka yhdistää toisiinsa valtava olohuone, joka johtaa uima-altaalle.
Molemmissa huoneistoissa on molemmat kolme makuuhuonetta, olohuone, josta pääsee uima-altaalle, kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja erittäin hyvin varustetut keittiöt, joissa astianpesukone on tarkoitettu ensisijaiseen ruoanlaittoon (huvilassa on vielä 2 muuta keittiötä).
Tässä kerroksessa on myös viides kylpyhuone.

Ensimmäiseen kerrokseen pääsee joko sisäisestä tai ulkoisesta portaasta.
Se aukeaa silmiesi edessä kuin valtava kodikas tila, jolla on useita puisia ominaisuuksia, takka ja pääsy uima-altaalle ja panoraamaterassille, joka jatkuu ympäri huvilaa.
Tässä kerroksessa on myös 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa on oma kylpyhuone ja peruskeittiö, josta pääsee terassille.

Toisessa ja viimeisessä kerroksessa on avoin keittiö, josta pääsee toiselle terassille, kaksi kahden hengen makuuhuonetta (toisessa yhden hengen lisävuode), kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja mukava olohuone.

Villa del Cavaliere Grillossa on paljon tilaa rentoutua ja syödä yhdessä sisä- ja ulkopuolella. Viihdytykseesi löytyy biljardipöytä, pöytätennis, joustava trampoliini ja koripallovanne.

Altaan suhteen uima-altaan pisin osa on 18 m, kun taas suurin osa on 8 m. Altaan pienempi sivu on 80 cm syvä, joten se on täydellinen lapsille. Loput uima-altaasta on 1,20 metristä 1,80 metrin syvyyteen.

Trecastagni-kylä, joka sijaitsee kiehtovan Etnan vuoriston kaakkoisosilla, on täydellinen portti uhkaavan tulivuoren ja myös sen monien mielenkiintoisten kaupunkien ja kylien tutkimiseksi. Alueella on paljon erinomaisia kävelyretkiä ja monia erittäin hyviä ravintoloita. Vuorelta tullessa on paljon käyntejä: Taormina, Catania, Alcantara-rotko ja hieman kauempana Siracusa. Lähistöllä: käy Acirealessa ja kalastajakyliss�� Santa Maria La Scalassa ja Aci Trezzassa (10 km), joissa molemmissa on kivirantoja ja pieni satama, jossa on elävästi maalatut veneet ja hyviä ravintoloita. Kylistä tulee kesällä merenrantakohde saarille, jotka nauttivat sukeltamisesta puulavoilta viileille Välimeren vesille.

Great Location

My family and I had a great time at this wonderful house. Lots of toys for the kids to play with and they really enjoyed the pool. The rooms and beds where comfortable. Andrea made us a wonderful typical Sicilian meal on our of our nights once the kids where all in bed. The location is also great. Easy travel to Mount Etna, Taormina, Syracusa, Catania, and the village of Trecastagni was very nice with several good resturants.

The villa was spacious and provided ample opportunity to socialize in the common areas or enjoy quiet time with a book elsewhere within the villa or on the grounds. Family reunion

This House gave us the most perfect way to celebrate all 17 of us, ranging from 72 years old to 8 years old. The house was comfortable and clean the yard was magnificent. The pool, the swing, the grass yard to play soccer on, the basketball, court and ping pong table, entertained the children every day. We enjoyed Andre and his wife who cooked us two of the most delicious dinners also. The grandchildren tell us this house was the best part of their vacation. We all loved this beautiful home away from home. Thank you!

Fantastic villa for our extended family holiday

We stayed at the end of May with family ranging from children, teens, parents and grandparents and all really loved this Villa. The house is lovely and pool is large and clean with stunning views. The teens enjoyed the table tennis, pool table and basket ball court. Near to a nice village with some good restaurants. Guilia and Enzo were really helpful and friendly hosts. We all really enjoyed it and would recommend it.

A wonderful place to stay

The villa is superbly situated within easy walking distance of the lovely little town, with its bars, trattorias and food shops. The villa is very spacious, delightfully furnished, and ideal for a large group (there were 13 of us). It felt like a much-loved real home, not just a holiday house. It has magnificent views down towards the coast and up towards Mt. Etna. The gardens are secure and well-maintained, with plenty of shade from mature trees. The pool is large and clean, and ideal for a good swim each day. The owner, Andrea, was welcoming and charming, and he and his lovely wife provided us with two excellent meals of typical Sicilian food. We all felt very relaxed, and would love to return.

a great house with lots of room, but...

the house is great, truly great with lots of space and a gorgeous pool. with 3 kitchens, i could cook for my group with ease. my only objection is that it was so hot and with no screens on the windows, we could not open anything without mosquitoes eating us alive, so i would recommend screens so we could open windows safely. otherwise, a great house and a great place.

Great choice for a family trip

Eighteen of us enjoyed 10 days in this lovely, welcoming home. Ages ranged from 6 months to 82 years and we loved the way the home can be segmented into mini-apartments for sleeping babies and adults needing quiet time. At the same time the two large apartments on the lower level are roomy enough for all 18 to visit or enjoy a meal together. The pool was a big hit with the children. At one end is a shallow niche for younger kids and older kid have lots of room to swim and play. There is comfortable seating for the adults around the pool in either shade or sun. Because our family includes a number of avid soccer players we were thrilled to find lots of room in the yard for futball as well as a basketball court. Balls as well as toys for the smaller children were provided. This is a very child friendly home and even included a crib for the baby. Adults have many comfortable spaces to visit in either large or small groups. We enjoyed the location. On the square in Trecastagni is an inviting fruit and vegetable market and also a “bar” serving delicious varieties of gelato. We found several restaurants for eating in or take out and also enjoyed a dinner prepared by the host and his wife. From this location we were able to enjoy day trips to Taormina, Enna, Siracusa, Catania, and Agrigento. I am happy to recommend this home to others. The host is pleasant to deal with and the accommodations comfortable as well as beautiful.

Amazing house in an amazing location

My family of 17 ppl stayed here for a week and it was the best location, views and setting for us all to reunite with plenty of space and appartments that could be sectioned off or open - a huge pool area to enjoy! The hosts did an amazing job in meeting us for check in and had great communication ensuring our stay was comfortable. The town with shops and restaurants were only a short walk away making it very easy to get around - highly recommend staying here and with a car you can drive around to all the tourist spots very easily.

Great house for many people (22)

We were 22 people and this house have great space both in- and outside. Pitty that it does not have a big kitchen, now it is four small. The two bedrooms on the top floor is rather warm. Only one bedroom has aircondition the rest have good fans. It is great with so many bathrooms The pool is great and the view is fantastic !

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing time at the villa. It was so spacious and had amazing entertaining areas. The garden and outdoor area was also much larger than expected! Andrea was very friendly and gave us a helpful tour of the villa during checkin. Would definitely come back again in the summer to make use of the pool!

Amazing space! Lovely property run by a lovely family

What an absolute delight this property was. We were four separate families all travelling with grown up children, 17 of us in total. There was so much space and independence for each family. The villa is on 3 levels with living space divided into 4 areas plus large communal spaces. The outside pool and surroundings were wonderful, with glorious views down to the sea and to Etna puffing away to the left. The owners, Enzo, his son Andrea and all their family, were perfect hosts. Very accommodating to any requests we made and very quick and courteous in replying both before and during our visit. In fact we arranged for Andrea's wife to cook and deliver a beautiful Italian banquet, including wine, for us on one night, for a very reasonable price of €25 per head. The villa is approx 25 mins away from Catania and within 5 mins walk of the local village (Trecastagni), which had a good few restaurants and small convenience stores. Our main shop each day was done at Lidl's, a 10 min car journey. We stayed during the last week of July and although air conditioning is only in one room (we didn't need to use it), the property remained cool throughout, with fans in all the main rooms, if needed. We would recommend a day trip to Taormina and a visit to its stunning amphitheatre for some wondrous history and amazing views, you won't be disappointed. Park in the main car park before you enter the town and walk (5 mins) or use the free courtesy bus into town. We had an unbelievable time at the villa and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Thanks to Enzo, Andrea and their family.

Great villa for a big family / group of friends

Spacious villa with large grounds and a fabulous swimming people owned and managed by a very friendly and helpful family. We all loved our week here and enjoyed the villas' layout and individual style of each floor and living area. Our only disappointment was that the kitchens (there are at least 4) are all quite small and the electricity supply is not sufficient to have more than one oven on at any one time.

Family holiday retreat

A beautiful villa in a wonderful setting with stunning views. An ideal extended family home with several self contained apartments affording privacy but with easy conversion into one large holiday community. The owners were very helpful and all equipment and facilities needed are available. A lovely swimming pool and spacious gardens complete the picture. Convenient location fir shops, local community and sightseeing . I had a wonderful family time with my children and grandchildren.

Very well maintained property in a good location, but you must have a car to move around. Convenient to shopping and good access to highways, 20 (no traffic) to 30 short minutes from the airport. Dealing with the property managers prior to arrival was very easy and the owners greeted us warmly upon arrival. Everything was in top shape, including the yard and beautiful swimming pool, in this very spacious and well appointed house (actually four “apartments “ in one property). We used a daily cleaning service and it worked out perfectly for us. I highly recommend this property for multi-family vacations, or large group of adults. It offers space and privacy, but also plenty of room to gather as a group. Thanks Enzo and Andrea for the hospitality!
