Renovated family house (2017) of 100 M2 on 1200 M2 Land with sea view in a very quiet residential area (Bourg de Trégastel):
located 5 minutes from the sea (1.5Km Tourony beach) and all amenities, shopping center, downtown.
A newly installed inclined ramp allows people with reduced mobility (as well as baby strollers) access to the entrance to the house
Reduced mobility means a motor disability that requires the use of a mobility aid such as a non-motorized wheelchair. The house is not suitable for use with an electric wheelchair.

La maison est très confortable et parfaitement équipée, les chambres sont joliment décorées, l'emplacement est magnifique et le jardin très agréable. Tout est là pour un superbe séjour apprécié autant par les petits que les grands. Les contacts avec l'hôte sont chaleureux (même par mail). La maison est située au coeur de la côte de granit rose dont les paysages sont absolument somptueux

Très bonne communication avec Claudine et Martine ! Claudine est très conciliante. Propreté pas au top mais il y a bien pire ! Maison dans un environnement calme comme dit dans l’annonce ! Je recommande cette maison pour des vacances en famille, nous étions 9 et aucun soucis de logistique ! Nombreux jeux pour enfants, grande cour !

Familienurlaub Tregastel

Tolles Gelände, schönes Haus in toller ruhiger Lage. Küche ist super ausgestattet, alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Zimmer und Betten wie beschrieben. Die Sauberkeit bei der Ankunft war allerdings unbefriedigend, teilweise dreckiges Geschirr, Kleidung, Staub… von Vormietern in den Zimmern. Die vorhandenenFahrräder sind nur sehr bedingt fahrtauglich. Der Kinderhochstuhl ist nicht vorhanden.

Perfekte Lage, aber nicht perfekt gereinigt

Eine in Ausstattung perfekte Unterkunft in einer perfekten Umgebung. Leider haben wir einen dreckigen Boden, benutzte Gläser und Müll unter den Betten vorgefunden, was unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht getrübt hat. Dass die Übergabe nicht auf Englisch war, wussten wir, aber dass es in der vorliegenden französischer Redegeschwindigkeit unmöglich war, den Ausführungen zu folgen, war doch überraschend. Für das in der Beschreibung angebotene Bettzeug mussten wir dann doch 45 Euro zahlen - der Betrag wurde uns dann seltsamerweise glasklar auf Englisch genannt. Aber nichtsdestotrotz ist es ein tolles Haus mit tollem Garten, super Sicht und sehr ruhig. Durchaus weiterzuempfehlen.

Lage in einer ruhigen Umgebung, 3 km vom Strand entfernt, großer Supermarkt auf 2 km, 15 Minuten von Lannion entfernt. In der Nähe des Hauses beginnt die Vallée des Traorëiros für kleine und große Wander. Man kann den Großteil der Granit Rose mit dem Auto erkundigen.

Maison bien tenue et agréable Propriétaire très gentille Emplacement éloigné mais au calme et quartier agréable En revanche location chère par rapport à l’emplacement Et ne pas pouvoir utiliser la poubelle mais nous rendre à la déchèterie pour jeter chaque jour nos poubelles, j’ai toujours du mal à comprendre pourquoi nombre de loueurs dans tregastel demandent cela aux locataires.

schönes gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet, die Kommunikation verlief problemlos. Das Haus liegt sehr schön auf einem Berg, hat einen großen Garten und eine kleine Terrasse mit gemütlicher Sitzecke, ist sehr gut eingerichtet und die Betten sehr komfortabel. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist hervorragend, es fehlt an nichts. Zum am Meer gelegenen Ortszentrum mit Bäckerei, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind es ca 600-800m. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung sind pittoresk und gut zu erreichen, ein wirklich schönes Fleckchen Erde.
