Additionally to the apartment you can also use the garden of the Cà del Pitu, where you can lie in the sun, pick some fruits (plums, grapes and figs), or just enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.

The Apartment Cà del Pitu is an old hay barn located in a house with a family history of over 180 years. The whole structure has been recently renovated by ourselves and consists of a living room with sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge and dishwasher, a bedroom with double bed (width 160 cm) with a comfortable mattress and a bathroom with rain shower and washing machine.

Apart from the apartment consisting of a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a double bed (160cm) and a bathroom with rain shower and washing machine, you can use the whole garden and the terrace on the archway.

We are a team consisting of my father (Claudio), my girlfriend (Marina) and me. One of us is always at your disposal.

The old borgo of Bolvedro is characterized by its tranquility and its pretty little pedestrian streets. Just in front of the apartment and under the arch that characterizes the Cà del Pitu, there is the Greenway, a footpath through the villages of the Centro Lago. It is the perfect starting point to explore the whole Lago (on foot or by boat) and its villages, the villas and mountains along the shore or just to escape the daily stress and relax in the garden or on the shore of the lake.

The Cà del Pitu can be reached preferably by private car or by public transport (bus and boat of Lake Como). You can park your car in the public car park 30 metres from the house. The bus stop (Bolvedro) is 200 metres away and the pier of Tremezzo is about 1 km from the house.
