You get what you pay for

The check in staff was friendly. When we checked in the room it was do dirty (floors sticky, stains everywhere, flooring in bathroom was coming up). My kids took their shoes off and after a couple minutes of walking around their socks were completely black . Did not feel comfortable staying in the room with my kids contemplated biting the bullet and buying a new hotel for the night. Was able to be switched to another room which was an upgrade from disgusting to just dirty outside the room was someone's throw up. That was there all day and all night and there the next morning . I would not stay here again

Solocite limpieza de la habitacion en 4 ocaciones y no pasaban en 12 dias solo pasaron una sola vez a limpiar. La habitacion no estaba completamente limpia al llagar. En verdad que no lo recomiendo para estadias largas si vas de paso por una sola noche estaria bien. La dama que atiende en el desayuno fue excelente es lo unico bueno mantenia area desayuno limpia y atenta a todos.

Hot tub is actually a cold tub with no heater and no way to make it hot. It is the recycled pool water, which also does not have a heater. Very disappointing after a 14 hour drive. Water in both areas was about 70 degrees.

There was 4 of us and were only provided 2 towels for the room. When I asked for more, we only received 2 more. Indoor pool and whirlpool water was freezing. Also, they could not provide a towel for each of us at the pool. The pillows and mattress were horrible. Shower was horrible.

Bathroom had not been cleaned and there were no towels. I had to go to the front desk to get some. Bed was very uncomfortable, needs a new mattress. Sliding glass door in the shower was incredibly difficult to open and close. On a good note, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

The free breakfast had many options for hot and cold food. The room included a microwave and refrigerator which is rare these days. The cleanliness wasn’t the worst I’ve seen but there were a few gnats and mosquitoes that creeped me out. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around in just socks, let alone barefoot.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Bordentown and overall had a pleasant experience. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating throughout my visit. While the bathrooms are on the smaller side and the floors could benefit from a bit more attention, these were minor details. The breakfast offered a decent selection and provided a good start to the day. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service.

The room was decent and fairly clean. It was a little noisy with traffic being close to the highway. I would just stay one night. The bed was a little stiff for me. I like a soft mattress

The staff was super friendly and happy to help in any way! Hot tub pictured is actually not a hot tub and is same temp as the pool (ice cold). Rooms were clean and lobby area as well. Served hot breakfast to my surprise; the kids were super happy!

The hotel was dirty. There were dead flies on the lamp. The parking lot was not well lit and it seemed as though people were just hanging out there. Children were running around unsupervised. The “hot tub” was a cold whirlpool. The pool was ice cold and in swimable. When I asked for more towels they said they didn’t have any. And when he found some he would bring them. I guess he never found them because I never got them. Overall the hotel didn’t feel safe and protected. Would not stay here again
