Alles super gewesen eigentlich. Da wir aber leider am Abend das Bitte nicht stören Schild nicht rausgehängt hatten, ist Morgens das Putzpersonal ohne zu klopfen reingekommen (9:00). Verstehe ich dass die Zimmer geputzt werden sollen aber klopfen könnte man schon denn check out ist erst um 12:00. War mir schon sehr unangenehm Ansonsten die Lage ist Top und das Hotel ist ganz gut für den Preis

Sijainti erinomainen. Meillä oli superior-huone, josta oli upea näkymä Porta Nigralle. Hyvin äänieristetyt huoneet. Huone oli todella hiljainen vaikka vilkas katu ikkunan takana. Aamiainen hyvä, ainekset raikkaita ja tuoreita. Söimme myös hotellin katutason Vis a Vis baarissa, ruoka oli hyvää, monipuolinen menu. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huoneemme suihku ei toiminut kunnolla, vedenpaine todella alhainen ja veden lämpötila vaihtui yhtäkkiä kuumasta kylmään. Kävin sanomassa asiasta vastaanotossa ja suihku korjattiin heti ja toimikin sen jälkeen hyvin. Vastaanotossa oli asiakkaitten käytössä tietokone ja tulostin. Hyvä hotelli, huoneet ehkä kaipaisivat hiukan uudistamista raikkaammiksi.

Très bon séjour en veille de Noël

Excellent séjour passé à Trèves, face à la Porta Nigra, centre accessible directement à pied, sans voiture. Excellent pour un week-end en amoureux :)
