Location is great, five minute walk to the cruise terminal and a short walk to restaurants, stores, and many of the popular tourist attractions (e.g., gran canale, Piazza dell Unita d’Italia, San Giusto castle, etc). Lovely staff, excellent breakfast, comfy room; central location; impossible to access hotel by car and parking facility is very difficult to drive into with average car, probably risky without second person to guide driver in and out; persistent noise from outdoor diners/revellers in narrow street outside. Everything would have been perfect if the temperature in the room had been bearable. The A/C was blowing cool air, but the room would not cool down. We only stayed one night and didn't realize how hot the room was going to be until it was too late to do anything about it.
