Quick getaway

When I booked this I saw mixed reviews but seeing It was a 4star I went ahead and booked it. Well in my opinon it's more like a 2star. The room was tidy and clean but other than that it is very very dated.

Schönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Hotelteam

Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral und zu Fuss ist alles zu erreichen. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten beim Hotel, die nicht zu teuer sind (ca. 10 Euro/24h) Für Ausflüge an den Strand / Schloss gäbe es auch direkt einen Bus mit einer Station vor dem Eingang. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das tolle Team an der Récéption, das uns nach dem Einchecken gekannt hat und stets nachgefragt hat, wie unsere Erlebnisse waren, die sie zuvor uns empfohlen hatten. Zu jeder Uhrzeit wurde man freundlich und sehr gut gelaunt empfangen und es wurde einem perfekt geholfen. Habe selten solch ein herzliches Team in einem Hotel erlebt, bei dem man merkt, dass ihre 1. Priorität tatsächlich die Hotelgäste sind. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine ideale Grösse und ist sehr gut, sowie der Kaffee. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön ausgestattet mit genügend Platz und Komfort. Auch die tägliche Reinigung war ausgezeichnet. Es gibt nichts Negatives zu erwähnen - einfach nur top und empfehlenswert!

Von NH Hotels nicht gewohnt /Triest

Lieder ist aus der undichten Heizung im Bad ROST geronnen und die Klimaanlage hat nach Traktor geklungen ! haben die Rezeption informiert die sich die Info bedanke....... Das selbe war im Zimmer unserer mitreisenden Freunde

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung

Grandiose Lage, Unvergleichliches Frühstücksbuffet, jedoch in die Jahre gekommene Zimmer in denen man sich einfach nicht wohlfühlt. Wenn man einen längeren Aufenthalt plant sollte man ein Upgrade in Erwägung ziehen. Parkhaus um die Ecke 20€/Nacht.

Gutes Hotel für Geschäftsreise. Zentral gelegen

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Trieste. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgerüstet. Es eignet sich bestesns für eine Durchreise. Die Reception dagegen war nicht besonders freundlich. Da erwarte ich mehr. Aber das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.

Verkehrslärm und abgewohnte Zimmer.

Das Hotel liegt an einer der Hauptstraßen Triests. Autos, Lkws und vor allem Motorroller sind sehr laut. Tag und Nacht. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es in Ordnung. Man kann gut schlafen. Kommt man jedoch aus der Lobby auf die Straße, erschrickt man kurz wegen des Lärms. Vom Hotel läuft man 10 Minuten zur großen Piazza und es gibt genügend Fußgängerzonen in Hotelnähe, wo man dem Verkehr entkommen kann. Die Lage ist also gut. Parken kann man kostenpflichtig in der Nähe (10-20 Euro pro Tag). Unser Zimmer, angeblich ein Upgrade, war klein und die Möbel entsprachen eher einem 3 Sterne Hotel. Ich frage mich, wie ein normales Zimmer ausgesehen hätte. Ich fühlte mich nicht wohl. Am Schrank waren Spuren einer nie abgewischten Flüssigkeit, in der Badewanne waren Stockflecken. Die Türen quitschten. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer und im Hotelflur war voller Flecken. Fällt das niemandem auf, dass die Hardware Reperaturen benötigt? Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung war wiederum super. Es war alles sauber geputzt und Betten ordentlich gemacht. Sogar die dicke Bettdecke wurde gegen eine dünnere getauscht, als es sehr warm wurde. Ohne, dass ich danach gefragt habe. Das WLAN war schwach und ich flog immer raus. Dadurch nutzte mein Telefon dann automatisch die teure Auslandsdatenverbindung. Das ärgerte mich sehr. Das Hotel hat einfach zu wenig WLAN Repeater aufgestellt. Das Frühstück war gut, das Früchstückspersonal könnte engagierter sein. Es gab genügend frische Sachen, wie Obst, Salat und Joghurt. Kaffee kam aus dem Automaten und schmeckte sehr gut. Die letzten beiden Tage gab es kein Toastbrot mehr. Das Personal besorgte kein neues. Man sagte, es sei nicht geliefert worden. Ich fragte dann, warum man es nicht einfach kaufe. Als Antwort erhielt ich nur, das geht nicht. Ich hatte mehrmals den Eindruck, als wolle man sich nicht kümmern: Als ein Kaffeeautomat nicht funktionierte, wurde kein Kaffee in Kannen ausgeschenkt, obwohl ich zweimal bei einem Mitarbeiter darum bat. Er sagte, er werde es veranlassen. Nichts geschah, er wischte weiter Tische. Stattdessen bildete sich eine lange Schlange am einzigen funktionierenden Automaten. Nur eine ältere Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück war immer hilfsbereit, grüßte jeden und kümmerte sich, wo es möglich war. Sie brachte auch Kaffee. Leider war sie an den Tagen, wo der Toast ausging nicht da. An der Rezeption gab es Mitarbeiter, die immer grüßten und andere, wo man als Gast scheinbar zuerst Buongiorno sagen sollte. Fazit: Das Personal hat in fast allen Bereichen viel Luft nach oben, was Servicegedanken angeht. Wenn irgendwo ein Fehler auftritt, dann scheint man sich zurückzulehnen und zu sagen: Ach das wird schon ein anderer machen. Die Zimmer sind keine 4 Sterne wert. Wenn Triest stärker als Reiseziel in Mode kommt, wird das Hotel sich ganz schön drehen müssen, um mit den Ansprüchen mithalten zu können. Das Frühstück ist von der Auswahl und der Qualität der Speisen sehr positiv herauszuheben. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut. Das Hotel eignet sich als Schlafplatz. Wenn dazu der Preis günstig ist, sollte man es nutzen.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und zu Fuss erreicht man so gut wie alles (Bahnhof, Supermarkt, Hafen etc.).
