Smoking inside Panorama Sea View Residence is strictly prohibited. This policy is in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, as well as to maintain the cleanliness and condition of our home.

STRICT NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house under any circumstances.
DESIGNATED AREAS: Guests may smoke outside on the balconies or in designated outdoor areas only.
PENALTIES: If smoking is detected inside the house, a cleaning fee of €200 will be charged to cover the costs of deep cleaning and odor removal.
DAMAGE LIABILITY: Guests will also be held responsible for any damages caused by smoking, including but not limited to burns, stains, or other damage to furniture, fixtures, or the property itself.

Respectful Noise Guidelines:

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we kindly request your cooperation in observing quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am and 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. During these times, please keep noise levels to a minimum, refraining from playing loud music or engaging in disruptive behavior that may disturb our neighbors. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

Property Care and Damage Responsibility:

We trust you'll treat our property with care and respect. Any damages or breakages occurring during your stay are your responsibility to repair or replace. Promptly notify us of any damage, and we will work collaboratively to find a reasonable solution. Please be aware that guests may be charged for damages or excessive cleaning required after their stay, ensuring the property remains in excellent condition for all.

Guest Limit and Prior Approval:

For the safety and comfort of all guests, we have a maximum occupancy limit of 7 guests. Kindly refrain from bringing additional guests to the property without prior approval.
