David is a three-room apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with dining area, kitchenette and sofa bed for two people and a bathroom with shower. Outside has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the panorama of the sea nestled among the pink granite rocks and wild vegetation.


The apartment is located in a charming and quiet about 25 meters from the road condominium, where the outdoor parking lot; to reach it you walk about 40 steps.
The apartment complex is located in Costa Paradiso has two shopping centers with excellent dining, supermarket, bar, newspapers, tobacco, pharmacy, medical offices and shops.

Unserer Erfahrung

Check in nur via WhatsApp. Keine Einweisung, keine Infos. Bei Problemen war zuerst Selbsthilfe angesagt. FĂŒr zwei Tage war das Wasser ausgefallen. Hilfe und Info durch die Agentur war sehr mager. Betten sehr unbequem. 60 sehr unbequeme Stufen um zur Wohnung zu gelangen, teilweise zugewachsen und durch BlĂŒten und kothaufen der Wildschweine blöd zu gehen. Wildschweine die dann jeden Abend auf den Terrasse Hallo sagen. Klima, Wlan und moskitonetze nicht vorhanden, bei den Temperaturen im Sommer echt heftig. Wir wĂŒrden diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen.

Localisation idéale, mais petites améliorations à apporter

Costa paradiso est un endroit magnifique et la propriĂ©tĂ© est idĂ©alement placĂ©e. Les bĂątiments sont extrĂȘmement bien implantĂ©s et la nature semble prĂ©servĂ©e (des sangliers se promĂšnent tranquillement en soirĂ©e). A quelques minutes des plages et du centre de vie (restaurants, supĂ©rette, pharmacie, ...). La propriĂ©tĂ© est sympathique, la vue sur mer est lĂ . Plusieurs petites choses sont toutefois frustrantes : - La vue sur mer pourrait ĂȘtre Ă©poustouflante en taillant les arbres - l'Ă©quipement mĂ©nager est juste (5 assiettes, 2 bols 5 tasses Ă  cafĂ© minuscules) - La douche n'a qu'un rideau dans un Ă©tat piteux - la tĂ©lĂ©vision est prĂ©sente mais aucun cĂąble n'est reliĂ© au le dĂ©codeur. - un gaz sans allume gaz (merci la supĂ©rette) - un lit abĂźmĂ©, une bouteille de gaz vide et un barbecue rouillĂ© demeurent sur le terrain Bref de petites choses Ă  amĂ©liorer pour avoir un sĂ©jour vraiment magique.

Gute Unterkunft mit herrlicher Aussicht

Alles hat prima geklappt, einzig die spÀrliche und extrem billige Ausstattung passt nicht zu der kleinen "Villa". Gerne zahle ich ein paar Euro mehr.
