Villa Violetta Vita is gracefully nestled in the typical Sardinian vegetation "Macchia Mediterranea" (Mediterranean bush).

It is composed by a living area where is a practical and modern kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa have a beautiful panoramic terrace. The pool, integrated into the landscape and the rocks, has two depths which let the villa very suitable for families.

The beautiful beach of Sardinia Li Cossi is only a few minutes far and other dream beaches like Cala Sarraina or La Marinedda at Isola Rossa are easily reachable. In summer there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars open and other small shops and a pharmacy. One supermarket is within walking distance.
Located in the residential complex of Costa Paradiso, Villa Violetta 5 is not far from Santa Teresa di Gallura and Capo Testa and at the same time the towns as Valledoria, Castelsardo, Trinità d'Agultu and Badesi are easily reachable by car. In the inside part of this region, you can visit the area of "Gallura" and some peculiar villages like Luogosanto, Tempio Pausania and the picturesque Aggius with its famous "Valle della Luna".
Costa Paradiso is reachable from Olbia Airport in 85 km and from Alghero in 95 km.

Okay…that is what it was

Voor €1500,= (5 nachten) verwachtte ik iets meer luxe. Een upgrade van het interieur, douche ruimten is waar naar gekeken moet worden. Het comfort van de bedden is wel iets waarover nagedacht moet worden. Ook niet meer van deze tijd. Te harde matrassen. Verder was alles goed geregeld hoor.

Schönes Haus mit Alterserscheinungen

Schöne Lage des Hauses mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Schliessanlage funktionierte nicht, sodass wir 2 Tage das Haus nicht abschließen konnten. Bäder sind alt. Duschabtrennung war instabil und kam uns beim Zuziehen entgegen. In den Kleiderschränken gab es nur die Möglichkeit seine Kleidung aufzuhängen. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für restliche Kleidung ( Regale…).Am Pool war eine Liege defekt und ein Schirm war nicht vorhanden. Erst nach Nachfrage erhalten. An die Wildschweine und Katzen rund ums Haus musste man sich erst einmal gewöhnen. Ein Zaun wäre super gewesen.

Tolle Lage

Gigantischer Ausblick, toller Pool Haben hier eine Woche genossen. Anspechpartnerinnen sind bei Bedarf sehr gut erreichbar. Guter Fischladen auf dem Gelände:) Auch für Jugendliche ist was geboten (DJ zur Sommerparty in der Bar)

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern einen tollen Urlaub in Costa Paradiso verbracht. Das Haus gehört zu einer Anlage mit toller Aussicht vom Pool und der Terrasse. Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die zahlreichen Wildschweine in der Anlage haben uns anfangs Angst gemacht, sind aber harmlos und friedlich. Rina von der Hausverwaltung ist stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Wonderful memory!

We arrived in Sardinia that there was a beautiful sun, so we could appreciate the colors that nature offers on this beautiful island. The weather was a bit ruined in the following days, but this did not stop us and we still went to visit other areas. For example we were in Castelsardo which is very very nice, then we were at Isola Rossa and Santa Teresa di Gallura. The villa we stayed in was very nice, cozy, clean. We were pampered by the agency with which we booked, Sardinia Unlimited, which made us find at our arrival a "welcome gift", sweets and a bottle of wine. Very appreciated! Thanks for everything!

Great place for relaxing!

This is an absolutely great place to stay if you want to relax. The sun deck offers a spectacular view over the sea. The pool has a separate part for kids ! The house is very calm and clean, with a great kitchen and enough space for 4-5 people. It is close to the beach and there are gorgeous other beaches quite close by (Badesi, Isola Rossa, ...). Some nice restaurants are also near by (Castelsardo) even if because of the period (October) the bigger part was already closed. We definetely enjoyed our staying, thanks Sardinia Unlimited!

Pleasant and nice stay!

The house is very nice and clean. In the nearest you can find a restaurant, a supermarket and a bar. From the house there is a direct access to the pool which is used by other people of the five unit complex. Perfect for families with children!Highly recommended
