Welcome to our cosy studio apartment, perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. In 25 m², you will enjoy comfortable accommodation with a double bed, additional pull-out bed, modern kitchenette with electric cooker, refrigerator, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils. A dining area for three people, WiFi and an efficient air conditioning system ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin, and you can spend relaxed hours on the private balcony.
The apartment is located just 300 metres from the sea, in a quiet and idyllic setting with a pebble and fine gravel beach. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and bus stops are within walking distance, allowing you to design your holiday flexibly and relaxed.
Our holiday complex also offers a spacious garden and an inviting garden terrace for shared use. A car park directly at the property facilitates arrival, and barbecue facilities can be used by arrangement. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted in the accommodation. Air conditioning can be used for an additional fee.
In the surrounding area, you can expect numerous leisure activities such as water sports, sailing, diving, bicycle rental, banana boat rides, fishing, tennis, bocce, mountain biking as well as cultural and culinary experiences.
