Bonjour j'ai plusieurs remarques Pas de casseroles couverts médiocre pas solide prise murale défectueux et lustre décrocher et le robinet de la salle de bain défectueux aussi et l'évier de la cuisine qui coule voilà les remarques que j'ai a faire Des améliorations a faire pour le confort des vacanciers Cordialement

Séjour de 4 nuits l’état du logement est très décevant,les photos sur site ne correspondent pas à la réalité, électricité déplorable prise toutes détériorées,literie a la limite de l.insalubre( sommiers planche de bois en 2 parties matelas sale et canapé sale également et en ce qui concerne la vaisselle tout est à revoir très déçu du logement

Logement très bien placé. Dommage que les travaux de la résidence contigue soit si bruyants dès 7h00 du matin. Les photos ne sont pas d'actualité . Quelques équipements supplémentaires en cuisine seraient bienvenus. Un parasol nous aurait fait un grand plaisir. Je n'en avais pas amené dans mes bagages. Bon rapport qualité prix. Attention, peu de commerçants dans le quartier. Si vous êtes piéton, il faudra prendre le bus jusqu'à 3 iletss boyrg ou fort de France

Residence key West anse mitan

Très bon emplacement à 100 m de la plage petits commerces d appoint et boulangerie à proximité. Navette maritime pour Fort de france à côté. Studio propre. Il faudrait améliorer les ustensiles de cuisine , déboucher le lavabo salle d eau et réparer la porte de la douche sinon tout ok Contact avec propriétaire uniquement par téléphone.

Modalités d’acceuil et de départ minimalistes. Impossibilité de joindre la personne responsable ! Lit bancal ( j’ai du le réparer) paroi de douche non fixée, pomme de douche ne délivre qu’un jet, meuble cuisine gonflé par l’humidité, invasion de fourmis, climatisation très bruyante . Festivités avec la présence de personnes extérieures une bonne partie de la nuit. Promiscuité espace repas extérieur. A éviter

Studio adapté aux célibataire ou couples sans enfant. Le ménage est sommaire (constaté à l'arrivée) Une belle vue depuis le balcon sur la piscine de la propriété, la mer et le paysage. On est en sécurité grâce à la porte d'entrée de la résidence. Bonne situation à la proximité de la plage.

très bon équipement pour ce niveau de prix

Appartement bien situé et bien équipé. Seul bémol : le portail d'entrée et la porte de l'appartement qui se ferme automatiquement : ne surtout pas oublier ces clefs dans l'appartement!
