Calling itself a hotel motel because the room has a door into a hallway and the parking lot is an interesting approach. Let’s just say the photos were nicer than the place. That and the fact that an intoxicated man was trying to get into our room several times in the middle of the night (in fairness not the motel coconuts fault) meant that we were more than happy to hit the road and let memories fade!

This hotel has been around a while, 72 years from what I was told. In spite of it age the building has been updated and is excellent value for the money.

We were told the bar was closing in an hour when we arrived but it was clearly still open when we arrived home from dinner at 10pm. Parking was confusing, not allocated to each room, the room was clean and very large, but really needed a refresh, wallpaper was coming away from the wall, limited shampoo, and body wash. For one night it was ok!

I have passed this place many times when driving through Trois-Rivières ~ There was a spontaneous opportunity to spend my birthday in the city and this was the place! Quite fun to have a drink in the tiki lounge. Very much a vintage charm and in a good way.
