La chambre etait propre, le personnel acceuillant et avenant. Le seul petit bémol est que le stationnement n'est pas assez gros. Heureusement qu'il y a le stationnement de la SAAQ directement à coté.

Il n’y a pas de service aux chambres pour les séjours de moins de trois jours. De nouvelles serviettes et une femme de chambre qui fait mon lit devraient être inclus peu importe la durée du séjour. Lors de mes deux séjours, l’hôtel était malheureusement bondé d’équipes de joueurs de hockey. Ceux-ci accaparaient la piscine et le spa (pourtant réservé aux adultes), couraient dans les corridors jusqu’à tard le soir et gaspillaient beaucoup au déjeuner. Je n’ai pas vu de surveillance de la part du personnel de l’hôtel et je crois que cela serait nécessaire lors des week-ends de tournoi avec de nombreuses équipes.
