The room was horrible. Room was like it was still under construction, not finished. Patched drywall, mold in the shower, shower exhaust definitely not to code as it was partially covered by rain shower head, shower door came off track, missing towel rack, roughed in electrical, the list goes on. The staff were great though, and the breakfast was good!

I’ll start positive, had a wonderful, hot whirlpool bath and the front desk, once, had a charming gentleman, who listened and helped the same day…unlike all the others. students? Negative, we had no working tv, no room cleaning for a three day stay, coffee in room for one morning only, no garbage bin except a small one in bathroom, no heating just ac, it was cold, thin bedcovers slept in shorts & socks & a sweater. Tried a shower that looked very impressive but the water at the first setting we tried came barreling out of an open side pipe that had no hose attachment. Give me a break!!! This was the worst place we have ever stayed at. A very bland breakfast included didn’t help. Try another hotel!!!

Look up some reviews on trip advisor and you’ll see what is wrong with this hotel. Suspicious behaviour at the front desk. Rude staff, filthy hallways, suspicious individuals on property, mattress had unidentifiable black specks in the crevices. Mattress cover had what appeared to be a blood stain (blotch), that was not washed clean. Scratches and scuff marks along dirty carpeted hallways. Most unacceptable Motel/hotel I have ever Walked into. Staff (totally unprofessional), were lacking manners and speaking what appeared to be an African language between themselves (in relation to our stay). I asked for the Managers name and the guy behind counter refused to provide that and gave me a generic card to call hotel back next day. Er also had problem asking for refund but I sorted that out with Expedia that night.

Room was okay but they didn’t prepare hot breakfast as the hotel occupancy was low. There was just toast and muffin. that’s what they said and I complaint to the receptionist he said that I should complaint to the either ceo or hotel director. That’s not an answer you would expect. So next time if no option is left then I might book it.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. This hotel was nothing like the photos online. The images were clearly outdated or misleading. In reality, the facilities were extremely run down. There were holes in the walls, water stains on the ceilings, and an overall sense of neglect throughout the property. Cleanliness was also a major issue — the room felt dirty and uncomfortable, making it hard to relax or feel at ease during my stay. It's clear that the hotel is in need of serious maintenance and better housekeeping standards. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made. Very disappointing and not worth the price.
