Séjour décevant compte tenu du prix payé. Le service était lent et peu accueillant, donnant l’impression de déranger. La chambre nécessitait des réparations, et bien que le lit ait été propre, la propreté générale laissait à désirer, surtout en déplaçant les meubles. L’humidité ambiante et un thermostat difficile à régler rendaient le confort thermique compliqué. Le lit manquait également de confort. La présence d’une piscine était annoncée, mais il n’y en avait pas. Le déjeuner offert était froid et très limité en choix. Une expérience en dessous des attentes pour un établissement de cette catégorie.

Servie accueil samedi apres midi horrible. Employé insolent. J’ai aussi réservé une chambre avec deux lits doubles, j’ai eu une chambre avec un lit, je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit. Toilette du 107 défectueuse, elle coule sans cesse, donc toujours un bruit.

The lobby was very fancy and clean, but as we went to our room the facility was run down . Didn’t even seem like the same hotel. Our room was ground level with a door to the parking lot. We got there at 3 :30 am, noticed that the room stank of must but were too tired to deal with it, the beds and washroom were clean. It wasn’t until I woke up that I realized the stink was due to the carpet by the window and parking lot door was soaking wet. No way they didn’t know when they cleaned the room

L’accueil était très bon. Seul reproche, le tapis devrait être enlevé. Et il y avait des cheveux sur le mur de la douche. Le buffet déjeuner était parfait. Et piscine…. Emplie de sable, il n’y a pu de piscine.

Housekeeping required

We stay for three nights, never had housekeeping & we had to ask for clean towels. I don’t know if they do that on weekends or to certain people only. Part of racism since it exists everywhere.
