Apartment was super clean, warm and inviting. Small issue with door lock but resolved itself in a minute. Kitchen fitted out nicely. Super nice views, only a quick walk to tourist centre. The washing machine walks on spin cycles. But love having a machine in apartment very handy.

Everything.. instructions for the garbage dump was a bit confusing and the cover for the garbage was hidden somewhere in the bin .it was a bit confuding and had to get new garbage bags. Apart from that everything was great 👍

Great little apartment with fantastic view. The bedroom is very small which was a bit of a novelty but all part of the experience. The shower wasn't brilliant but adequate and not enough to deter us from staying again. The kitchen was well equipped with really good quality pans and crockery. Excellent cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Apartment was very warm and comfortable. We couldn’t find our apartment block at first but we found the reception staff in the adjacent block who were very helpful. The room was clean and fresh. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if we ever returned to Tromso.

The apartment was very nice and well located. Nice and warm, almost too warm. The main downside was that the entry code I had been given was wrong and we had to ring the contact centre to sort out. Overall equipment was good though would be nice to have some salt, pepper, oil as only staying for 2 days.

Great location. Modern clean apartment with many facilities. Warm and comfortable. Lots of great restaurants and cafes as part of the development as well as close by. No toiletries and poor quality towels. Beds could use more pillows. Arrival/welcome info all sent by email to linked websites. Do read carefully. Wi-Fi speed measured well but was patchy within the apartment meaning streaming TV was impossible until we connected to our roaming data in our phones. No WiFi in bedrooms. Not cheap but given it’s Norway pretty average. Reception seemed to be never staffed despite posted opening hours. Instructions for rubbish very specific as had to separate into specific bags but these were not provided. They are free in supermarkets. Would stay here again and hated mentioned any negatives.

A clean and centrally located apartment with absolutely stunning views, we couldn’t have asked for better. The Grand Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Our code to unlock the apartment door didn’t work on arrival and at 21:00 we were panicking a bit however the security number picked up instantly and assisted us to gain alternative access. The luggage storage is a very good price compared to luggage storage companies in the centre as it’s 100nok per apartment and not per person or bag. As we had 4 bags it worked out cheaper so worth considering, especially how easy it was to use. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Tromsø.

Nice flat with everything you need, close to city center, restaurants and bus station. :) Comfortable beds, spacious living room, clean, easy check-in/check-out system, with laundry machine if you need. Easy communication with rental entity ! I would stay here again in the future visits :)

The apartment was quite basic for the price and in comparison to other places we have stayed. The dishwasher was full and needed emptying on our arrival. The shower was weak and not very hot. We didn’t have a bath mat for the floor. The bedroom is very small and strangely located near the entrance which meant we had to have the curtains closed all the time or have people able to see in. The location is great for a couple of nights in Tromsø. The instructions for finding the place were very good and informative, we had no difficulty and a smooth check in process. The living area is a nice space and we enjoyed the balcony.

The room didn’t have the view is showing in all the pictures, the bedroom too small with overlooking the the public hallway, and the windows of the hallway was all icy cold could not see the outside the living room had a view of the other building and street. There was no paper towels or anything for dishwasher, very basic, for four nights of staying they left only 2 coffee pods. Nothing else, no instructions or anything . The address was wrong on the Expedia. The taxi left us in middle of no where we had to ask people and walk with all of suitcases 20 minutes in the icy cold weather and snow
