Staff were very friendly and was great that the reception was open 24/7. Hotel was really clean and in a great location for the centre of Tromso. Very happy and would stay here again.

Like -Strong hairdryer :D -decent counter top space at sink to put tolietries -hangers and hooks for winter wear hang ups Dislike - spiringy soft bed, not good when you are aharing. -got to bring your own portable kettle and drinking mug if you want a hot beverage in the room. Only pure drinking water from tap available.
