People screaming and yelling at each other at 3:30 a.m. woke up our entire floor. Complaints called to front desk but nothing was done for another 45 minutes. They should have kicked them out.

The daytime staff was very friendly and attentive. The nighttime desk person was very dismissive to any request such as extra towels or concerns about dirty sheets on the Tumble Bed. Room was clean overall but bathrroom looked as if cleaned in a hurry( streak marks on toliet seat, already mildue stains in the shower). Smoke detector light flashes as night, not awesome for a good nights rest.

This is extremely clean and new. The room comfortable fit the 6 of us. Best part was the breakfast in the morning which has so many options all 4 of my kids found something they liked
