UUSI VUONNA 2018 ... Kaunis 1000 s. f. kannella alemman tason pelihuone - täydellinen nauttimaan uskomattomista Tahoe-kesistämme! Ulko-asuintilamme on nyt yli 1600 s. f. (5000 s. f. sisätilojen lisäksi)

"Silver Fox at Northstar" -kodimme sisustus erottaa sen erikseen ja luokkaansa omaksi. Käsin ahdistuneet palkit, käsin saratut pähkinälattiat ja monimutkainen muuraus luovat "vanhan tahoen" tunnelman. Gourmet-keittiö, jossa on 60 tuuman Thermador-mallisto, antaa sinun luoda juhlaa perheellesi ja ystävillesi.

Tällä kodilla on upea avoin pohjaratkaisu. Keittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone luovat lämpimän kokoontumispaikan hauskan päivän jälkeen rinteillä tai polkuilla. Ja vaikka aikuiset kokoontuvat sinne, lapsilla (tai "sydämellä olevilla lapsilla") on paikka kaikille omalle - ala-asteen valtava pelihuonealue pitää heidät viihdyttävänä, jotta aikuiset voivat viettää aikaa itselleen. Ja talvella heillä on oma yksityinen kelkkamäki talon takana.

Uskomattomassa pelihuoneessamme on jokaiselle jotakin: Kaksi ison näytön televisiota (Xbox-pelikonsolilla), biljardipöytä, 16 'pitkä ammatillinen shuffleboard-pöytä, ammattimainen foosball-pöytä, pingispöytä, kaksi tietokonetta (Internet-selailua varten) ja iso peli pöytä (paikkaa 8), joka sopii täydellisesti pokeri- tai korttipeleihin. Uusin lisäys on vanha Addams-perheen flipperi, joka on kaikkien aikojen suosituin flipperilaite.

Suuren huoneemme pääkansi on ihanteellinen ulkona viihdyttäväksi keväällä, kesällä ja syksyllä. Suuressa pöydässä on 12 paikkaa, ja siellä on kaksi terassilämmitintä näille teräville Tahoe-iltoille. Mutta pääkannemme "tähti" on teräshakemiston kaasulämmitin, aivan kuten ne, jotka löydätte maailman parhaimpien hiihtokeskusten lomakohteiden ja kylien ympäriltä. Sammuta se ja vedä yksi Adirondack-tuolista ylös nauttiaksesi säteilevästä hehkua koko yön. Pääkannella on myös Weber-kaasugrilli kevään, kesän ja syksyn aikana.

Pelihuoneen ulkopuolella on uusi (kesästä 2018 alkaen) alemman tason kansi. Yli 1 400 s. f. patio- ja kansihuoneiden tilalle, tämä ulkotila sisältää kaasupoltin "pallo", joka ei vain lämmitä sinua, vaan tuo myös hymyn kasvoihisi, kun katselet sen taiteellisen luojan työtä. Siellä on myös riippumatto, kylpytynnyri, piknikpöytä, Adirondack-tuolit, maissireikäpeli ja Spikeball. Talvella nämä mukavuudet korvataan lumileluilla, joita voidaan käyttää kotimme takana olevalla kukkulalla.

Tässä kodissa on kuusi makuuhuoneen sviittiä (makuuhuoneet, joihin sisältyy kylpyhuone). Neljästä makuuhuoneesta on king-vuoteet. Toisella on kuningatar ja kaksoset. Kuudes makuuhuone on kerrossänky (kuusi erillistä vuodetta), jossa on oma kylpyhuone. Yhdessä king-sviitissä on kiinnitetty makuuhuone, jossa kaksi erillistä vuodetta (kerrossänky), joka sopii erinomaisesti pienten lasten vieraille. Meillä on myös paksut makuupatjat lapsille, jotka haluavat nukkua vanhempiensa huoneessa.

Home Run -hiihtoreitti on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kadun päästä - voit viedä sen kylään tai Highlands Gondolaan, nopeaan matkaan rinteisiin tai Ritz Carltoniin. Voit myös soittaa ilmaiselle kuljetukselle, joka vie sinut minne tahansa Northstarilla.

Kotimme on osa Northstar Property Owners 'Association (NPOA) -tapahtumaa. Vieraillamme on pääsy NPOA-virkistyskeskukseen, joka sisältää uima-altaat, kylpylät, kuntokeskuksen, tenniskentät ja muut mukavuudet. Vieraat maksavat 3 dollaria päivässä laitoksen käytöstä.

The greatest rental property on Silver Fox line

Awesome property, large enough for extended family. Close to slopes. Comes with perfect hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, 4 large suites, plus extra pull out couch , pack & play for toddlers & the greatest playroom . Immaculately clean. Owner Dave was always available to cater to our needs & requests . Everyone agreed it was simply perfect house away from our house. Outstanding property!

I sent 8 of our Leadership team members to Tahoe for a 3 day strategy meeting. They could not stop raving about how wonderful the house was and the space was perfect for them to work hard and unwind and relax in the evenings. They ate at few of the local restaurants recommended by the owner and were very pleased. I would definitely book this house again. One of the best vacations ever!

This was the perfect house for our 3 families and 1 set of grandparents as each group was able to have their own private space and bathroom. The common area was great for all 17 of us. Kitchen was well appointed for large group cooking. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area and had each and every meal on the deck. When the kids were done, they simply went to the lower deck to play the various outdoor games when the adults relaxed upstairs. A warning: Primary bedroom has one of those high beds. If you are short, you may not be able get into it.....especially if you just had knee surgery! This house definetly enable us to have a very nice and memorable vacation. Thank you, David.

Another Fantastic Stay

This marks our fifth time renting this home, and it continues to exceed expectations. Everything, from communicating with the homeowners to the smooth arrival process, is fantastic. The property is ideal for accommodating large groups, with the added bonus of a sled hill behind the house. Plus, access to the Northstar base is conveniently just a stroll down the road (ski down to a lift) or a quick 5-minute bus ride away, with the bus stop conveniently located right in front of the house. We've already secured our booking for 2025 and highly recommend this home.

Great place but ask for the rules

This is a great location and beautiful house but the rules are a bit much. For example, don't chop anything except on the cutting board. If you use the grill on the stove, it needs to be as clean as when you got there which is fine but they don't provide the proper cleaning materials to clean a grill.

Incredible stay for the entire family

We created amazing family memories here. We arrived in a snowstorm and Dave came and shoveled everything himself to make sure we didn’t have to worry about it. He was super communicative and helpful. We enjoyed all of amenities this place has to offer. We were with a group of 13 and everyone had their own space. A+ can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful weekend at Dave’s beautiful Tahoe home. We were 8 adults and 8 kids ranging in age from 3-8. The house was spacious and comfortable. Check in was super easy and Dave was very easy to communicate with. The rooms felt almost like hotel rooms with beautiful clean linens. The kitchen was great to cook in and had lots of pots, pans, and serving trays. The proximity to the mountain is great and the Northstar shuttle makes going to and from the mountain very convenient. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back!

Great Tahoe spot for a large extended family

This was a well maintained home perfect for a large family vacay. The large game room in the basement kept the kids entertained and the pool table, shuffle board, dart board and ping pong games were all well maintained. The owner was very responsive to a few issues that arose, even though he was on vacation himself! We had four families in the home with 16 people and it accommodated us very well.

Another wonderful family vacation

We have stayed here before and like other stays had a great time. There’s plenty of room and the kitchen is well appointed. Access to Lake Tahoe and the village pool provided good entertainment. Owner Dave is extremely responsive to any questions we had.

Family week at the house.

The property was absolutely fantastic . The house was in excellent shape and totally clean and ready when we arrived. There were 13 of us. The house is located in a very nice area of Northstar and not too far from the gondola, which we took and another chair lift to the top at the Zephyr Lodged for a wedding and dinner. Beautiful views a great weather The Kitchen had everything you would ever need for a large group. All the best appliances and extra refrigerators in the garage. The game room down stairs was a hit for all ages including the Ping Pong table,9 in its own room) pool table, shuffleboard, giant t.v.,huge couch, etc. Two huge decks off the main floor and the downstairs game room. with a perfect hot tub and lots of room for Corn hole and other games. The upper deck had a large shaped gas fireplace that was amazing with enough room for 10-12 people. be sure and look at the website to see all these rooms and places to be. Great place

Great place and location. Had 16 people in house and we had plenty of room. Kitchen well stocked. The Great room was very comfortable and we enjoyed eating in the dining room as well as the upper deck. The game room was amazing and used by all. The house was furnished with higher end furniture than we’ve seen in others. Recommend this to all.

Room for multiple families

We were looking for a place for 4 friends/families and couldn’t have enjoyed our experience more. Perfect location; clean home and great owners who provided weather updates in addition to being extremely responsive. Would love to go back on a future visit

Family Thanksgiving

Our stay - November 20 - November 27, 2022 Our family from various parts of the country all met here for the Thanksgiving week. The group included my wife and I our 3 children + spouses and 5 young grandchildren (ages 3 to 10). The adults really appreciated the 4 king suites and various other bedroom choices for the children. The grandkids spent many hours sledding behind the house, and we all spent a lot of time in the unbelievable game room. The free shuttle to NorthStar village was a big plus. Dave our host was very helpful before and during our stay. Overall a very good experience for all.

Cozy and spacious

We rented the property for a week for a work outting and we’re very happy with the property. There are a ton of games in the game room, lots of room, kitchen is great and worked out for our personal chef we brought in for one of the nights, and location is close to many grocery stores (10 minute drive) and North Star resort. We had some questions leading up to the stay for the property manager that we’re answered within hours and very easy to get ahold of. We went during the snow and the owner provides shovels and sleds and other snow gear which we thought was nice for a family that is staying there. Overall no complaints and highly recommend booking this property.
