Stayed in a twin room with my daughter for a visit to Falmouth Uni. Beds were comfortable and building was quiet. Great to have a fridge, microwave, kettle in room. Would definitely recommend for short stays / business trips etc.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom both very spacious and comfortable. I slept well! A great location for a one night stay. Easy to walk to and from the centre of Truro and the railway station. The room was clean as was the bathroom aside from the bath (there were hairs in it). I didn't want to use it anyway but would have been nice to see it clean. The walls are thin so guests have to be considerate in the evening (TV and voice levels kept low).

The room and shower were spotless. It had everything you needed even a fridge and a microwave. The lady who greeted us on Friday afternoon was very lovely and helpful. Our room was out the back of the property so was very quiet of road noise. You could here other rooms tv above but only when it was silent. The room didn't have a fan, although we didn't need one, if we had been staying a third night I'm sure we would have done due to it being so hot this weekend. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend it for anyone staying in Truro.
