On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 100 m from the skiing area, in the countryside, south-east facing position. In the complex: reception, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Oberurmein, Aclas (nur Winter)" 50 m, railway station "Thusis" 10 km, bathing lake 500 m. Ski lift, slopes, ski rental, ski school 100 m, ice rink, children's playground 500 m. small grocery store in 100 m (open during peak seasons winter and summer).

Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). It was not good at all.

When we try to check out they made us pay for "bed sheets" I take as a trick, tell custmora a price then you suprise them with tricks to have them pay again!! Also the reception is always closed and most if them dont speak English! Got fooled by the pictures.
