Welcome to Sunset Vista. A beautiful home with spectacular views, beautiful sunsets and now has a pool. Sunset Vista was built in 2018. It is a raised home. The first level of living which is the second level of the home has a master bedroom with an ensuite. A half bath. A laundry room. An open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with granite counter tops. Two sets of sliding doors. The first sliders lead into a sun room and the other slider leads to a deck area with table and chairs and new barbecue. The third level of the home has two bedrooms with a full bathroom between the two.
Two security cameras on property. One is located at the front of the house and the second is located at the rear. Only purpose is for security and safety.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge. Laundry facilities are available. The holiday home offers a private pool and a kitchen.
