The room needs upgrading. The drapes were broken. The headboard was scratched. The ceiling looked deteriorating. The decorative pillows were missing on the beds. There were only 3 bath towels at start. I think there should be 4. The location to the university was excellent. The staff at front desk was friendly.

Location is great, staff is great, lobby is great, beds and bathroom great. The hallways need work, rooms aren’t perfect. If you are going to the U of A for a function it’s worth a stay.

The staff was kind and helpful when I needed certain receipts. I wish there was a free breakfast option. The room was quiet, but was showing wear and tear. Good location by the university and near bus stops. The bagels next door are great.
