The hosts were amazing getting us set up and checked in. They went above and beyond when we asked for an extra rollaway so our daughter could get a break from her sorority for the weekend. They delivered a new rollaway to us within hrs. The room was amazing; king size bed, large sitting area, large bathroom, w a soaking tub, keurig coffee maker, fridge, super clean. The bar is awesome as well, the bartender was terrific. Location is ideal, easy to take the SLINK a block away to the UofA campus. This will be our first choice when we return over the coming years.

Great downtown Tucson getaway

Great location for downtown Tucson. Within walking distance to everything, but still quiet. Right across the street from a parking garage, easy access and check in process. We would definitely stay there again.

A Happy Surprise in the Heart of Tucson

I’m so glad I booked The Unicorn Zebra! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had discovered a hidden gem right in downtown Tucson. The location was perfect—close to everything but tucked into a quieter pocket that made it feel like a little escape.I especially loved the on-site bar—it was super cool and had a fun, creative vibe. I was a little worried I might hear noise from the bar at night, but it was completely quiet in my room. The soaking tub was a dream, and the property owner went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and welcoming. The whole stay just felt easy and special. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Comfortable and super lovely vacation rental

I've been to Tucson many times, and usually a challenge to find a cozy clean comfortable room that appeals to me that has close proximity to U of A, 4th Ave, downtown and within minutes to the freeway, but I found it here! The host was prompt to respond and was one of the nicest places my husband and have booked on VRBO in a long while. The bed was comfy, plenty of pillows and blankets, a couple of sitting chairs and a cozy couch facing a BIG screen tv, a mini-fridge, a Keriug and plenty of space to sprawl if we wanted. I enjoyed the quietness of the building and surrounding area. There were many options within walking distance to dine at and we loved the unique offerings and ambiance at the cocktail lounge right on the premises. Honestly, look forward to staying again, I found the perfect place!

Great spot downtown Tucson!

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was very spacious and the onsite bar was fantastic. Anyone attending a conference at the Tucson Convention Center should absolutely book this place!

Great Spot!

We had a lovely stay at this newly renovated 'hotel style' VRBO. Check-in was easy and our hotel room had its own keypad for entry. Communication was quick and helpful with the host, and the service/staff at the Unicorn Zebra bar down the hallway were friendly and helpful, as well. Would stay here again.
