Located just 1 block from the prestigious 4th Ave! Enjoy this quaint historic home built in 1908. You have all the nightlife including clubs & dives. A stones throw from the Tucson Street Car & just minutes from Downtown & the University of Arizona. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, this is the place!

This studio offers a queen size bed, Roku TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, full kitchen w/ all brand new appliances including Keurig, refrigerator, microwave & stove.

Location! Location! Location! Everything is right here. Park your car in your designated spot on the property and walk. Need to commute downtown or to the U of A? The Tucson Street Car will take you there. The Rail stop is literally a 2 minute walk from here, jump on and go! All restaurants, bars, clubs, dives, shopping, etc. is all accessible on foot or by rail access.

Short but had potential

I was coming to stay for 2 nights with my girlfriend but unfortunately a bad storm hit as we arrived and knocked the power out. Without any power or AC it was too hot to stay so we had to find other accommodations to a place that didn’t lose their power. But the property was very clean and just as advertised. Would definitely consider staying again.
