Dirty Underwear in the bathroom-bathtub unusable!

The room was so dirty we asked for a refund. There was a pair of mens dirty underwear behind the bathroom door. The bathtub had several hand-sized spots were the smooth finish had peeled away making it unusable.

This hotel was fine for a quick night stay on a road trip but it is a bit dated and the amenities are lacking. The breakfast was mediocre. Service was good and the bed was comfy.

The room was spacious and the mirror in the bathroom was huge. It was very quiet. There was a large spider web in the corner for days. The edges of the carpet were filthy as was the back of the door. The soap was used and the bottom of the soap dish was scummy. There was a piece of candy on the floor by the bed. We also didn’t realize there was no elevator and there were no rooms available on the first floor.

Dirty floor

In the sink area, we dropped some water and used the washcloth to dry it, and that showed that the floor was filthy. That's unacceptable.
