Room was not clean!!!! One of the beds did not have clean linens, bed was used and linens were not changed. Room had a bad odor. There was no iron in room. Shampoo and soap dispensers did not work. Hallway smells like smoke. Receptionists was very pleasant at check in not the one at check out, she didn’t acknowledge us at desk.

Nice. Clean…but the smell of pinesol was too strong. They need to use less.My sweater smelt of pinesol still the day after we left amd after wearing it outdoors for an hour or more.
