The wifi worked part of the time. The bathroom had pink mold. The AC unit was full of black mold. The top 3 covers on the bed had "stains" on them. The ice machine did not work at all and they were waiting for a repairman. The front desk gentleman in the evening was very kind and helpful, but the room was subpar at best.

I absolutely do not recommend staying here! The sheets were not clean, the blanket had old cigarettes burns in it and the pillows were flat and lumpy. You could feel the springs inside the bed poking you in the back. When I booked the room online it said breakfast but there isn't any breakfast only coffee and you have to go to the lobby. The entire place reeked of old cigars which was disguised with burning incense. I booked a queen bed but was given a full size. They told.me I could still have the queen but would have to pay an extra $35. Also was told it was across the street from River Spirit casino. Waking distance of less than 5 minutes. There is a river so the walk is actually at.least 20 minutes We definitely won't stay there again.

Rat droppings in the rooms, giant lizard on the ceiling, NO LOCK on the door. Rust and peeling paint everywhere. We told the front desk agent we couldn’t stay there and they promised us a full refund (the lizard was above HIS HEAD). Now, the Hotel refuses to refund my 3 night/2 room stay even though we walked into this terrible nightmare of an establishment!

No dial tone on phone. Smoke detector was beeping. No wake up service. No lobby computer. Room had dirty furniture. No continental breakfast. Internet Lobby ATM out of service. Courtyards out of service. The key card reader to open the door was faulty and hard to get the door to open. No coffee maker. Just really a poor hotel but the staf were nice and did what they could to make it work.

Sheets were stained, the duvet cover on one of the beds had what looked like a cigarette burn in it. The sink handle was broken. The place looked super dirty so much so that my family ended up getting another hotel that night. The pictures online do not due justice to the fact of how run down this place really is.

LARGE PUDDLE OF WATER IN FRONT OF AC. I ASSUMED CONDENSATION MELT. AC WOULD NOT TURN ON. TV REMOTE DID NOT WORK. NO CHAIR. SECURUTY CHAIN WAS BROKEN. AFTER ALL THAT, I WAS OKAY WITH THE CLEANLINESS AND LOCATION. DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY. NEW ROOM WAS BETTER...BUT TV REMOTE WOULD NOT WORK. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE RIGHT UP. 20 MINUTES LATER I WENT TO THE DESK AND TOLD THEM I WAS NOT STAYING AND I LEFT.
