We stayed in a 2 queen beds type room but it didn't have microwave or refrigerator. We had leftover food wanted to keep it in refrigerator but didn't realize it didn't have one. So the food ended up in the trash. Breakfast was horrible. The property is very outdated. We wouldn't stay here again.

The staff was nice, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. The bed was firm! The wall unit was noisy making it difficult to sleep. The hot tub was decommissioned awhile back and the pool was out of service. We chose this hotel for the hot tub, pretty disappointed to find it was decommissioned.

When I made the reservation, I requested a ground floor room and when I checked in they said that they didn't see that so I ended up on the 3rd floor. We brought our swimming suits to swim and the pool was closed for renovations. One of our room keys stopped working after the first day.

The room was good, bed was comfy, climate was great. Worst staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Outside the room like the main hallways in the main lobby were sticky and dirty. I was just not impressed with the overall cleanliness of the place.
