Reasonable accommodations

It had a workout room, but it was really hot in there. The room was good, but the area seemed a little sketchy. Pretty limited breakfast options. Didn't use pool, but there was one.

This started out as a fine stay. We got stuck in Tulsa for days due to a broken down vehicle. Place is mostly clean. Staff was friendly until it came to checking out today. Wife asked if we could wait in the lobby with our luggage until our car was ready. The answer was simply no and that we must be off the property by 11:30a or incur a charge for another day. I was surprised considering the hotel has maybe 5-8 rooms occupied. It's a Tuesday. They literally had a situation the day prior which had ALL the cleaning staff talking about a guest. The lady who refused to let us wait in the lobby today just said "you don't know about that situation" to which I said, I only know because staff was talking about how gross the lady and room is. I said "here I stand a multi night guest who paid and you're kicking my to the curb like a bumb. Like I said, never in 30 years of travel have I been told I can't wait in the lobby for a ride after check out. NO offer to hold bags either. Just you and your bags must go. Made no sense. I'll never stay again and I'll be reporting this further. It was just a real awful way to treat guests. Kinda like how they talked trash about the lady who had a pee bucket in her room. Wild. Be careful staying here travelers. Editing to add this property did not offer any assistance or understanding. Again. Staff was bad mouthing the evicted customer. Staff refused to allow simply staying in the lobby and wait for a car.

I got to the property at around 12:30 am and they were very accommodating. I was able to get to the room and sleep. On the way to the room the hallway on the second floor had towels across the floor on the carpet under the AC unit. When I got into the room it smelled like mildew.nwhich I was not going to say anything since it was really late and they helped me by not canceling my reservation. The next day I was going out the side door to my car was chased down by a staff member who treated me and my husband like criminals. She said it was suspicious going out the side door. I had my pet in my hands headed to the car. I will admit I did forget to tell the front desk when I arrived about our service animal, she asked by this staff member she said she would need proof the animal is a service animal or we would have to leave and they would cancel our stay. I left everything at home for my husband's service animal.

Highly Recommend

The TV was surprisingly small, but i understand they're in the process of upgrading all of them, so that's good! There was also an odd humidity issue in our room, but there had been a LOT of rain while we were staying, so that may not be a full-time issue. Otherwise, this has been my favorite hotel to stay at in Tulsa. The convenience shop prices were much lower than the industry standard and the staff and service was exceptional!

The staff was accommodating right from the get-go. Well done. Breakfast was okay, but the sausage patties seemed almost boiled - not much taste left. The selection was nice enough. I'd stay there again.
