Amazing 1st stay

It was the absolutely one of best motel that i have stayed in in quite awhile. I would compare it to a 5 star hotel anyday. The staff was great an i actually met the general manager an he was amazing, so many other hotels should take notes from this location.

Got there to check in and there’s a number on the door to call because the door is locked. Nobody answered the phone called it about 20 times and also called the phone at the desk multiple times there is no answer. We knocked on the door. We drove around the property and ended up having to go check into another hotel nearby now I have to fight to get my money back.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at so far. The pictures are misleading and portray a completely different atmosphere. Half of the hotel is abandoned and dirty. I had to request new pillows because the ones in our room, (249) were dirty, the bathroom was dirty. There’s people drinking right outside your door. Super limited space and I can go on and on.. I’ve stayed at motels 6 hotels before and I thought this was going to be similar, but not at all.
Bathroom floor was not clean and hairy all over.

When booking it wasn’t stated that this property is a motel not a hotel. The room was clean so that was good. I needed tissues and was told they didn’t provide them because the motel chain doesn’t provide them, change your policy please. Tissues are a basic. The motel is right on the highway so lots of constant highway noise. We had three scrawny pillows on our king size bed, needed to ask for more.
