It’s a fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment with its own private rooftop and pool, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 fully equipped bathrooms and balcony. It also has access to all amenities at LOSANTOS Tulum, including the cenote-like pool (unique and largest in Tulum), gym and padel tennis court.

The highlight of this Lumina is the private pool and rooftop. It’s usually where people spend most of their time, enjoying a refreshing dip in the intense Tulum Jungle heat.
The location is unbeatable, at the heart of Aldea Zama. There is access to bicycle rentals and electric scooters all through Aldea Zama.

Los Santos is a gated community in the heart of Aldea Zama, in close proximity to all local attractions, including cenotes, the night life, the beach, and much more. Aldea Zama is a pedestrian and bicycle-friendly community, there are lots of walking and biking trails that intertwine throughout the jungle. While exploring these carved out trails, it’s not unusual to come upon a freshwater cenote, a Mayan ruin or an exotic bird.
Getting Around:
The most common way to get around Tulum is by bicycle, car or taxi. This Lumina is located 5-10 mins away from the beach by car or taxi. We have free parking outside the building.
