What could be more ideal for a great vacation than being on a beautiful tropical beach like Soliman Bay, in a romantic house rental, and all you have to do is chill, or walk out on the sand, slap on some sunscreen, tan a bit, and do a little snorkeling and kayaking? With three air-conditioned bedrooms and an air-conditioned living room, this beach villa is comfortable any time of year. There is a fourth bedroom in a separate guest house, when you need a little more space.

The lower level Casa Palmeras is an open concept. The beachside patio is fully furnished, shady, and an outdoor grilling area is among the coconut palms for cookouts. Inside, the house’s main living space has an L shaped couch, a large coffee table surrounded by several chairs. Across from the living room is a dining area that seats six. Just behind it is a raised breakfast counter that separates the dining room from the fully equipped kitchen.

On the second level are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two queens. Both have a private bathroom and access to a furnished upper-level terrace that looks toward the beach.

Up a flight of stairs is the rooftop bedroom suite, very private, and it has a great panoramic view. This suite has a king size bed, sitting area, ocean view and a jungle side private terrace for the sunset. This is a lovely private bedroom, rather romantic with a palapa roof overhead, AC, and private bathroom.

The swimming pool is on the beach side of the house and has a shaded patio with dining table and chairs, and a wooden deck with chaise lounges and other furnishings. A little closer to the beach is a built-in grill.

For beachside comforts, there are chaise lounges, two palapas for shade umbrella, sea kayaks, and general bliss on Soliman Bay. Inquire about this beachfront vacation house rental that sleeps up to 10 people!

Perfect

Family of 7 adults and 2 children ages 3 and 6 stayed for 9 nights. Everything was perfect. We arrived late the first night and Noe and Elizabeth were there to greet us and help with luggage.The house was perfect size, very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with pots/pans/utensils. Noe and Elizabeth were so amazing! They were super nice, made sure everything was clean and took pride in the care of the home.There is lots of outdoor areas to enjoy and the beach is great! We have stayed in Soliman Bay and Akumal before and this house is now our favorite because of the house layout and also Noe and Elizabeth. There are 2 close restaurants you can walk to that we enjoyed and also you can have meals prepared at the house.The house is right between Tulum and Akumal so we were able to enjoy activities in both areas along with close grocery shopping at Chedraui (our favorite).

Great house. Great location. Great staff.

Loved the house, the beach. So scenic. Especially good for our family of ten - so many great areas to gather. Noe and Elizabeth took such good care of us. We had three dinners made by them, all excellent. I wish it wee closer to Tulum though Tulum Beach was so crowded and noisy you could have just as well been in Times Square. Soliamon Bay was gorgeous and quiet.

Wonderful beach house!

This is a charming beach house that makes the most of the natural beauty of the beach on Solimon Bay with coconut trees and beautiful white sand right as you step off the back porch. Noe and Elizabeth were wonderful and helpful. Their cooking is outstanding and highly recommended. The location is incredible, a slice of heaven in the otherwise busy, touristy Tulum

Beautiful place to stay

Our family was there for a destination wedding and this villa was perfect. We loved all the authentic Mexican tile and the grounds are beautiful. Noe and Elizabeth were amazing. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic stay at comfortable home on the lovely Soliman Bay, Tulum

Second time staying in Solimon Bay. Great location about a 15 mins drive from downtown Tulum. Quiet area bay with quiet calm waters where you can easily swing out to small coral formations for decent snorkeling. This house was super comfortable with good AC, if needed. Not too fancy if you want to bring kids and not worry too much. But clean and well supplied and lovely. Bedrooms had great view of oceanfront. All had their own bottled water supply as well. Lots of public areas to lounge or dine. Cool dipping pool cuz ocean is warm! House caretakers Noe and Elizabeta were darling. Super helpful and sweet. Elizabeta cooked dinner for us 2 of the nights, with enough food leftovers for lunch and dinner the next night. A great deal! Ceviche, guacamole, shrimp skewers on the grill and empanadas were yummy. And the flan! There were kayaks and life jackets in spite for our use, and lounge chairs at poolside and under beachfront palapas. Also highly recommend the in-store massage. Massage women set up tables on the deck where the breeze passes through. Divine! Just ask Noe and he will set it up. Would definitely come back here again. There are more luxe places on this bay, but we liked the chill factor and not having to worry if we sat in the couch in our swimsuit. Owners did a great job with decor in that respect. And decent Wi-Fi reception too!

A Slice of Heaven!!

We absolutely loved our stay and had the most wonderful experience! Elisabeth and Noe were the sweetest caretakers, did cleaning, supplied fresh towels every day, and even did our laundry (I paid her extra even though she said no charge) ALSO they cooked for us 3 nights and I wish we had had them cook for us every night, it was INCREDIBLE! Sooo delicious! They made us pollo pibil, steak, homemade empanadas, shrimp, etc etc. nothing like getting home from a day out at Cenotes to the smell of delicious dinner cooking. We just loved the house, the beach was pristine, and felt very safe. They have security guards walk the beach, and the entrance to Soliman Bay is private and very secure with guards and a gate. We loved how close it was to the ruins, Cenotes, Tulum, and more. We kayaked every day with the house kayaks and life jackets, loved the pool so much. It was all just so perfect. We will be coming back! Thank you!

Paradise

A little slice of heaven on earth! The house was perfect, clean, and well kept. Beds and pillows very comfy, beach just steps away. We used the kayaks everyday and did a lot of snorkeling. Plenty of living space. Three couples stayed in main house and one couple in the suite above the care takers home. The suite above the care takers , while clean and spacious, gets traffic noise from the street and no ocean view. Our care takers, Noa and Elizabeth, were excellent! They worked hard to make sure the house and grounds were clean daily and we did order a few meals from them which were delicious! I highly recommend the shrimp kabobs and empanadas! We had plenty of left over rice and beans. We would definitely return.

The house is clean, well maintained. Pool towels provided. The beds where made and fresh towels provided to us. We purchased our own food/snacks. Had the groundskeeper grill for us the last evening . The ground keeper and his wife are the nicest persons. Made us feel extremely welcomed and very attentive to check in with us.
