Stay active and invigorated during your stay with access to our modern gym facilities, equipped with state-of-the-art exercise equipment to help you maintain your fitness routine and wellness goals.

We strive to provide excellent communication and support throughout your stay. Our team is available for any questions or assistance between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. During these hours, we aim to respond promptly to all messages.

For emergencies outside of these hours, we provide a dedicated emergency contact number, which will be shared with you upon check-in. Please note that this number is strictly for urgent matters such as lost keys, major maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing or electrical failures), or safety concerns.

For non-urgent requests sent outside of our regular hours, we will respond as soon as possible the next morning. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

• Keys & Codes: Only the primary guest may hold keys/access codes, which must not be shared or duplicated.
