The Space:

Light bright and spacious great for your group or family. Bed configuration- King Bed, 2 single beds and double bed. Pull out sofa great for kids as well! Two bathrooms inside the apartment and a third bathroom on the rooftop. Entire apartment has air conditioning, washer/dryer, custom local art murals, smart TV's in master bedroom and living room. Pull out sofa will sleep an additional 2 people if needed.



Guest Access:

Entire condo, private terrace, rooftop with private plunge pool. Common areas include 3 pools, lounge areas, gym and co work space. Security and Free Parking Dos Ceibas, Soy Tulum, Gitano Beach, Lula.

Beach Access - We have deals directly with beach clubs for exclusive access once booked with us you will need to make a reservation with the host or via our app 1 day in advance. Since these beach clubs have hotels and restaurants bringing food and beverages in is not permitted. Tulum has announced several hotels with free beach access but be aware they may not provide a chair or be overbooked without a reservation.



Beach access:

In Tulum, the best beaches sit behind private beach clubs. We've built the access quietly, through direct relationships with ten of the Mexican Caribbean's most sought-after clubs — Gitano, Hotel Panamera, and Umi among them. After booking, you'll receive the Jungle Luxe guest concierge app, where each club's current terms, minimums, and character are set out in detail. Beach day reservations are placed directly in the app the day before — one tap, no back-and-forth — so your morning opens with a confirmed name on the list.

A note on how Tulum works. Most clubs here operate on a minimum consumption: a set food-and-drink spend that stands in for entry. It's standard here, and amounts vary by club. Through October, many waive or ease minimums entirely; in high season, they firm up. The app maps it out ahead of time, so there's nothing to negotiate on the sand. Outside food and drink aren't permitted — everything comes from the club's kitchen.

For a free option, there are public beach access points and a small handful of Tulum hotels keep public beach access open. We'll point you to the ones worth the trip for your week, with honest notes on chair availability and crowds.

Samsara is located in the new 101/Coba Rd location next to the new Jaguar Park. Grocery stores, restaurants, beach clubs and famous Tulum Ruins within a short drive.Ride a bike to nearby shopping and dining. or spend the day inside of this gorgeous complex. 3 pools including a rooftop, gym, co work, 24 hour security and parking.



Tulum is a small town with boutique areas. For true walkable beach access, choose the Hotel Zone. From other areas, it’s a quick, seamless transfer—car, scooter, taxi, or bike—and we’re happy to help arrange it. See our map for real-world timing at a glance. Allow extra time to get to beach in high season as there can be traffic.

Transportation-

Drivers- we have private transportation to and from both Cancun and Tulum airports as well as around Tulum during your stay, our drivers are federally registered and offer fair pricing.



Bikes- we can recommend places to rent



Scooters, ATV’s Rental Cars - we can assist with rental and can be delivered to your condo/villa.

Available via chat and in person locally if needed. After booking you will receive an optional link to check in via our exclusive guest app. Here you will find maps links, access info, area/general info be able to make beach club reservations, book concierge services and more! You will be provided the code to the unit as well as the main door in case you need to enter after security hours.
