Our villa complex is located in the new, up and coming area called La Veleta and consists of 2 adjoining houses. The complex boats 10, king bedrooms and 4 single sofa beds. Please note: airbnb only allows the listing to be for up to 16 guests but this listing is for up to 24 guests! 10 Large bedrooms with in suite bathrooms and 3 common spaces. Open living room, kitchen, and dinning room with double high ceilings. Beautiful natural light. Casa Solesta Bedroom 1: One King Bed (with direct access to pool/patio) Bedroom 2: One King Bed Bedroom 3: One King Bed Bedroom 4: One King Bed Bedroom 5: One King bed 2nd floor living room: One sofa bed Main Living room : Two Sofa beds HOUSES are connected by the pool area that has a large sliding door between the two. Casa Reyna Bedroom 1: One King Bed (with direct access to pool/patio) Bedroom 2: One King Bed Bedroom 3: One King Bed Bedroom 4: One King Bed Bedroom 5: One King bed Main Living room : Two Sofa beds ** All Private bedrooms have a private bathroom Each house: Sun bathing / Star gazing Rooftops: Private Dipping Pool with 360 jungle views. (Please note: airbnb only gives the option as hot tub in the amenities, it is not an actual hot tub but more of a cooling off pool we as in the tropics here!) Each house: Patio: Grill, Garden, Patio Furniture and Private Pool Area is very safe but you never can be too careful! Security- 6 line Electric fence & Security Cameras. Safe in the house as well for your use Most of Tulum roads are unfinished and still in development as the city is growing rapidly. This does not mean unsafe but rather for you to not be surprised. You can walk to local restaurants, take taxis, rent motos, or book private transport with us which is the most convenient as they know the area the best. The newest Hot Spot- Located in La Veleta where everyone wants to be. About 5 minutes outside the center towards the jungle! Construction: A note on construction...Tulum is a rapidly growing town and there is construction all over the place and in every neighborhood including La Veleta, Riviera Tulum, Aldea Zamá and the beach zone. Construction noise is not out of the ordinary for Tulum but we want to make sure that the construction is clear to our guests. Construction in Tulum may occur without notice between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday. We have no control over construction projects or schedules, however we will do our best to assist should there be an inconvenience. We want to make sure it is know that there will not be any refunds for construction noise if it does occur. Road conditions: Tulum is a rapidly growing town and is in the middle of a construction boom with new streets developing daily. Our villa is still surrounded by lush jungle but the roads to get to our villa, as is the case in many parts of Tulum are still unpaved and bumpy off the main road. A few reminders... As is the case in ALL of Mexico, please do not put toilet paper or anything else in the toilet as the plumbing in Mexico is smaller tubing and will get clogged. There will be a $50 USD fee for a plumber to make a service call to unclog the toilet in the house due to paper being flushed. Please throw all paper in the trash bins provided. Prior to using the pool, it is required that you rinse off in the outdoor shower. As the tap water here has many minerals and most guests use sunscreens and lotions while in Tulum, if you jump into the pool without rinsing off first it will change the pH of the pool and it will turn it green or cloudy. Thank you for the cooperation. The properties have a trustworthy Maintanance team that we have been working with for 5 years. They enter daily or every other day to check pool ph levels and water tank level. The property has a roof top plunge pool This is not a jacuzzi or hot tub and theres no jets, just a filtration system. As Tulum is a town still a bit off the grid, the Wi-Fi companies are not as modern and for small things like high winds or a little bit of rain, sometimes the Wi-Fi will be out of service. If this happens, please let us know and we will explain to you how to restart the router. Power outages are common in Tulum and if this happens please let us know. We will report the outage with the city and they normally have the power back on within a couple hours. We have a back up plan if this happens but we only take this into consideration once it has been more than 5 hours. We are not able to offer any refunds for power outages as they are out of out control. Please be careful not to loose the garage keys.. there is a fee if this occurs. Please take under consideration that we have our own pre-approved vendors for any extra services, esp chef, massages, barmen, etc. We do not permit other external vendors to enter the villa.
