Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Bei unserer Ankunft zum Check-in war das Haus noch nicht fertig. Das Reinigungspersonal war noch vor Ort, weitere Personen hielten sich im Garten auf und die Privatsphäre war dadurch nicht gegeben. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer funktionierte nicht und die Poolanlage war bei der Ankunft verschmutzt und aufgrund von Algen nicht nutzbar. Dadurch konnten wir den ersten Urlaubstag nicht wie geplant genießen und mussten auf Techniker warten. Der Gastgeber war zwar freundlich und hat sich um die Probleme gekümmert, insgesamt entsprach der Zustand des Hauses bei der Ankunft jedoch nicht den Erwartungen.
