I rented a suite for the weekend. It is very spacious and clean. I personally prefer the city view facing the fluorescent lit park & bridge. There is a wall that is floor to ceiling windows & it is a extremely nice view. The bed was comfortable & bedding for the pull out sofa is conveniently in the drawers. I did get a chance ti utilize it but note there is a free welcome cocktail ticket for club members. Also, I had no idea that the Lookout restaurant onsite provides room service. I will say however, for the cost of the room… I was disappointed the television was not a smart tv. So no YouTube, Netflix etc. Just local channels (which weren’t great). There is a nice vintage mini frig with no microwave. And there is definitely room to have one. Staff- The cleaning staff & security at night made the best impressions. Very friendly.

The room was ok. There was a lot of dust on items leaving me to believe it was not very clean. There also was a drip somewhere when the heat would kick on. The staff were also just ok. The online check out was giving an error. When I called, the clerk appeared to be irritated that I was asking questions. She also agreed to email my receipt, but I have yet to receive it.

Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Food at the restaurant upstairs was delicious and priced well. Our only issue was that the air conditioning was running when the outside temps were frigid, so we walked into a 55 degree room. It took 12 hours to get up to 65. We were cold, but the staff brought blankets.

I had to call the front desk as my shower was out of shampoo and body wash. I had to use my cell phone to make this call because the phone in my room didn’t work. The shower had a bad leak and dripped all night. It also could use a good bleach cleaning.
