Leave this site alone, bad business

I didn't get a chance to stay because it was multiple accidents on the highway that help drivers for hours. I tried to cancel but I couldn't and no one tried to help assist me. I will never book anything with this company again.

Last minute booking for youth tournaments. Front desk lady was friendly, pricing good, comfort was ok(could use a chair or office chair in the room), cleanliness could improve a bit (old towel found poked behind the ironing board)

My stay was excellent and the staff was fantastic as always. The room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable one I have ever slept in. I wish I could give this place 10 Stars. I will stay in this Motel every time I need a place to stay in Tuscaloosa. I just can't say enough about how great it was and how great the staff was.
