The property is located in a neighborhood with primarily older, tenured property owners. The area is quiet and private. It is within walking distance of the campus eatery that is located at the main gates on campus next door to the campus bookstore and novelty shop. It is located next to the Tuskegee University athletic fields and courts. When these events occur, they can be seen and heard from this location. Enjoy the mellow tunes of the Crimson Piper Band. You will need your own transportation for anything off campus. There are several home town restaurants and eateries in town that may be worth the venture.
