Les falta mas lugar para el estacionamiento, y no tienen elevador, la habitación que nos dieron estaba en el ultimo piso, de ahi en fuera todo lo demas muy bien

No me gustó el servicio, no hay quien ayudé a cargar la maleta y no hay elevador y yo recién operada no podía cargar dos pisos mi maleta y con una actitud poco amable tuve que pedirle a un policía de afuera que me ayudara a subir mi maleta. La actitud y tono de las respuestas muy poco amables.

Las habitaciones son amplias y el hotel está en buenas condiciones, podría ser un gran servicio sin embargo la experiencia fue arruinada debido a que no quisieron respetar los precios de hoteles.com. Hoteles.com se comunicó con ellos un gran número de veces hasta que logramos que nos respetarán el trato, tardamos más de una hora en poder realizar el check-in debido a esta situación. Cuando ya por fin aceptaron respetar el costo nos quisieron cobrar un porcentaje extra por pagar con tarjeta de crédito (esto no venía estipulado en la reservación). Finalmente el trato del personal de recepción es muy malo, son groseras y no resuelven problemas eficientemente

Para empezar no sirvió reservar por internet porque no llevan registro por lo que te dan lo que haya si es que hay. Ventiladores que no refrescan nada el calor. Muy fatigado para pisos alto porque no hay elevador
