EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
• Swimming pool – not heated however open through Thanksgiving (weather permitting) – 4 feet deep in one side and 5 feet at the other side
• Hot tub (available year round)
• The river is swimmable with the current only being an issue in the spring. Rocky, slightly muddy entry, gets deep fairly fast and there are some weeds. There is a fair amount of boat traffic as this part of the river is a popular musky spot. At the bridge is a great pickerel spot. Heading upstream into the lake there are some shallow spots, but the channel is marked with buoys and large boats can pass. Downstream the river is fairly deep and has some of the best fishing spots.
• Parking up to 3 vehicles
• Flat property
• Horseshoe pits, volleyball net (bring your own ball)
