Sijaitsee 1202 6th Ave. Upea uusi rakennuskoti valmistui maaliskuussa 2018!

Kotona on vertaansa vailla olevat ulkotilat, joihin kuuluu uima-allas, ruokailutila, TV, istuimet, pelit ja paljon muuta! Kauniisti suunnitellut / sisustetut sisätilat ja näkymät Tybee-suonelle, joka on pakko nähdä.

Koti koostuu kolmesta tasosta.

Pohjakerroksessa on ulkoterassi, jossa on pingispöytä, pöytäpöytä, tikka-alusta, maissiaukot, ulkoterassi, suuri 8 hengen ruokapöytä, kaasugrilli, 50 tuuman kaapeli-tv oleskelualueella, ylimääräinen jääkaappi lisäruokaa varten / juomat, ulkosuihku pestä pois rannan jälkeen, ja tietysti oma uima-allas, johon kuuluu 3. 5 jalka 10 jalkaa matalaa reunaa pienille ihmisille roiskumaan! (Uima-allas voidaan lämmittää pyynnöstä. Katso lisätietoja alla.)

Pääkerroksessa on tärkein oleskelu- ja ruokailutila, jossa on mukautettu ruokapöytä, jossa on tilaa 8 hengelle, täydellinen keittiö, jossa laskurit 3 hengelle, pesutupa, jossa on varastointi, puoli kylpy pois pääasun alue ja makuuhuone king-sängyllä. Nauti suuri kylpyhuone, jossa on kaksinkertainen marmorinen turhamaisuus, suuri marmorinen suihku, erillinen suihkukaappi ja suuri isäntäkaappi.

Tärkein taso myös ylpeilee ympäröi seulottu kuisti, joka tarjoaa ekspansiivisia näkymiä suon, twin swing sänky, riippumatot ja 8 hengen ulkona ruokapöytä.

Kolmannessa kerroksessa on kolme queen-makuuhuonetta ja kaksi täyttä kylpyammeet. Molemmissa kylpyhuoneissa on kylpyamme / suihku yhdistelmä, ja ne on kytketty kahteen kolmesta queen-huoneesta, jotka tarjoavat kaksi yläkerran en sviittiä. Näissä molemmissa queen-huoneissa on myös suuri mukava tuoli, jossa näkymät merelle, joissa on ulosvedettävä parivuode. Kaikissa queen-huoneissa on seinään asennettavat kaapelitelevisiot.

Time to Coast on kävelymatkan päässä sekä etelästä ja takaisin joen rannat, keskustan Tybee, AJs, Stingrays ja kolmen korttelin päässä ainoasta ruokakaupasta saarella!

Lomakoti on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Tybee Island Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat ja pelihallin/-huoneen. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille yksityisen uima-altaan ja keittiön.

We were very disappointed that the pool area looks NOTHING like the pics online. The trees and bushes are fully grown and encroach on the already minimal pool deck area. In addition, a large grill takes up half of one of the usable sides. It’s difficult to have more than a handful of people playing in the pool or hanging out. The mosquitos are horrible by the pool probably because of the overgrown plants and debris in the growing areas. Lastly, one of the trees was constantly dropping its pollen pods in the water. We had to skim it every time we even used the pool….which wasn’t often. Wear and tear on the house is evident and maintenance/safety issues need to be addressed. Most of the exterior doors do not close properly and pop open on their own unless dead bolted. There were smaller issues as well. We did not reach out to Leslie about the problems. We were trying not to dwell on the negatives and make the most of our vacation, relax and spend time with family. The view of the marsh was pretty but not being able to use the pool area like we normally would have certainly makes the property not worth the cost. Had we seen the current state of the pool area prior to booking we would not have chosen this property. The other small things were: no extra blankets, no kitchen towels, no mixing bowls, not enough utensils or bowls, missing or broken lamps, broken/non-functioning sink handles. All could have been addressed in real time but we made do with what was available.

Amazing home!

My family of 6 stayed this past week. 4 adults and two 16 yr old boys. The house was totally amazing and was the best place to stay! Peaceful and relaxing yet so close to the main strip and a short walk to the south beach. The boys rode the bikes every day to downtown(perfectly safe) and went fishing every day. One caught a 3 foot shark! The pool was perfect! We had Leslie heat it and it was such a nice place to chillax. I highly recommend this home. You can’t go wrong!

Best House on Tybee

This has got to be the best vacation rental on Tybee. Beautiful sweeping view of the bay / marsh from all the room. Wide screened in porch for lounging. Every room was well done. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - grandparents, adults, and teen grandkids. Our teens were able to grab the many bikes provided and bike around town or to the beach on their own. Very walkable area too. We wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Great property and location!

We traveled with our adult children and their friends, 8 of us in total. I chose this property so we could be close to fun places to go and also have things to do at the house. It was great! I do think the house itself could use a bit of updating/organizing. There were lots of random things in drawers/cabinets. I never did find an iron, but decided I shouldn't be ironing on vacation anyway, lol. Our kids felt the ping pong table was too old to really use the way they wanted, but is probably ok for little kids. The pool is small and the picture on VRBO is outdated; there are large shrubs which almost completely shade the pool area. We reached out for a couple of things and the response was exp

Perfect Birthday Getaway for a Family Celebration!

I took my mom to Savannah and Tybee Island for her 60th birthday and surprised her with her sister and sisters-in-law. It was her first time experiencing both a flight and the ocean, and she loved every minute of it! This house was everything we dreamed of and more. The location was perfect, and one of the biggest highlights was how comfortably it accommodated all eight of us. It was also the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in as a group. We can’t say enough good things about this house and will definitely be back for another visit!

Amazing Stay on Tybee

We had a great stay here-it was decorated beautifully and was very peaceful. We loved the screened in porch and the hammocks and spent a lot of time reading out there and enjoying the view. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was a perfect location. Leslie was very responsive and quickly handled any issues we had. Thanks for a great stay

Wonderful Experience

We had the best time at this location! Super close to the beach, tons of games, lots of seats for a large family or group of friends. We had everything we needed and then some. I have this down on my list so we can stay here again! 10/10 recommend!
