Taukoa maailmasta omaan henkilökohtaiseen, oceanfront kaupunkiasunto! Tämä hieno kolmen makuuhuoneen, kolmen kylpy yksikkö on kauniisti sisustukseen sekoitus modernia ja "Beachy" hohto, ja varmasti mukava koko ryhmä. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja kylpyhuone, sekä oma kolmannen kerroksen parvekkeelta. Toinen makuuhuone on varustettiin queen, kun taas kolmas on pari erillistä vuodetta ja oma TV (täydellinen lapsille!). Täysin varustetuista keittiö avautuu osaksi ilmava olo ja ruokailutila, istuimet pöydässä 6 ja paljon viihtyisiä tuoleja, josta varoa rannalla läpi lattiasta kattoon liukuva-lasiovet. Parvekkeella on myös joukko tuoleja, joista voit nauttia näköalasta kun siemaat kahvia aamuisin. NOt Lemmikkieläinystävällinen.
Beachside Colony sijaitsee rannalla, aivan Tybee-saaren keskellä, joka on yksi kilometrin päässä laiturista, saaren yöelämän keskuksesta ja 1,6 km: n päässä Tybee-asemalta, joka on yksi 7: stä koloniaalisesta aikakaudesta majakat, jotka ovat yhä käytössä Amerikassa. Lomakeskuksessa on 3 uima-allasta, joista suurin on lämmitetty syksyn ja talven aikana, ja The Deck, paikallinen ravintola ja baari, joka on arvostettu ostereiden paahteista ja elävää viihdettä.

Very clean and well maintained

This property is very clean, and well maintained. Due to the townhouse style, it is not recommended for anyone elderly or who may have difficulty with steep stairs. This should probably be stressed in the listing. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice view

Condo was clean and the location was good. The view from the balconies was as good as it gets for east coast beaches. Be aware that there are a lot of steps to get to the bedrooms though. Two of the bedrooms are on the 3rd level, which has a long set of steep stairs. This won't be an issue for most, but we had grandparents with, so it was a bit challenging for them.

Short stay in nice townhouse on the beach. 2 flights of stairs that were easily negligible for our active family. Short walk to beach, enjoyed sunrise. Quiet neighborhood, great restaurants and close to Savannah.

Fun run-cation at Tybee Island!

Five of us women stayed here for a long weekend trip that included participating in a run at Fort Pulaski. The condo was perfect for us - plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. We really enjoyed the balconies and hanging out around the table and sitting area. The location is perfect and safe. We enjoyed a couple of long walks, one on the beach and one in a nearby neighhorhood and great restaurants. There's a souvenir shop across the street which came in handy. Perfect stay!

The on site restaurant was so good we hardly cooked. House views are beautiful. Nice quiet location but still super easy to get to shopping and savannah. Great place!

things to consider

while this property is pet friendly, the beach is not, you can not take your dog on the beach. Also, there's 3 levels to this condo, so if you have weak/bad knees, this is not a place for you because there's no way out but to go up and down steep stairs. It's a beautiful condo, just has it's challenges.

Great location beautiful views

Great location, views were beautiful, plenty of room and nice to have garage but its tight so unless you are driving a sedan or smaller you will have to park outside the garage. didn't realize when i booked there were so many stairs - tall staircase from garage to main floor and tall to second level bedrooms. Wore us out a bit and not fun with groceries, suitcases etc. but we used the exercise to justify the meals we ate! Food at onsite restaurant was delicious.

Easy access to beach 3 story condo with garage

Easy access to the beach was important and appreciated. The one car garage was useful for my husband’s bike storage. This would not be a good rental for someone who can’t easily climb stairs. Proximity to a bar and restaurant next-door came in handy many times. The king size bed in the primary was a bit too firm for my taste, but my husband was fine; two twin beds we’re comfortable, and the queen size bed on the main level was very soft, comfortable. Ocean view was great. There are two balconies. Wi-Fi service was spotty at times and difficult for my husband during the workday but he got through it with work arounds. There are many pots and pans to choose from for cooking. We added a cookie sheet for future guests. Plastic wrap and plastic, baggies or Tupperware would be a benefit to any future guests but it is not typical to find them in rentals. We left the ones we bought. I appreciated that they were bars of soap to start out with and plenty of toilet paper and shampoo and conditioner. The clothes washer and dryer worked well and detergent was left for us to use which was nice. The dryer vent had not been clean for a while so I cleaned that out. Towels were very soft and bedding was high quality. I would definitely stay at this rental again.
