Colony Suites 232 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and sleeps 5 guests with a king size bed in the master, and a king bed in the guest room & full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo boasts over 1,000 square feet of living space in an open-plan living & kitchen area. The suite offers plenty of room to unwind and relax after an exciting day on the beach or exploring Tybee and downtown Savannah.

The living area includes a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The dining area has a nice table for 4, and there are 3 barstools at the kitchen bar counter.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker. A washer and dryer is also in this condo for your ease while traveling.

Perfect for families and friends looking for a place to play tennis, basketball, ride bikes, and jog on the beach (bring your tennis racquets and balls, and bike shop down the street)

This condo does not have a balcony, making it great for a quiet getaway!

When you are ready to take a break, take the elevator the restaurant (The Deck with a great eating space that looks out over the beach) is just a few steps outside of your front door

All of our condos have elevator access. Covered parking under the buildings is optional. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.
