Brass Rails on ylellinen porteitettu yhteisö, jossa on maanalainen pysäköintialue ja yksityiset hissit. Tämä on ensimmäisen kerroksen yksikkö näköalalla uima-altaalle. Täydellinen perheille. Huoneistossa on oma parveke, johon pääsee myös makuuhuoneesta, ja näkymä pihalle sekä tilava uima-allasalue, johon kuuluu poreallas, piknik-alue ja paljon aurinkoa käyttäviä lepotuoleja. Kiinteistössä on kaksi uima-allasta.

Meidän huoneisto on vasta kalustettu ja sijaitsee kätevästi Tybeen South Endissä noin 30 jaardin päässä merestä, laiturista ja paviljongista. Se on kävelymatkan päässä useimmista ostosmahdollisuuksista ja ravintoloista.

Tässä yksikössä on bambulattia, keraaminen laatta, graniitti työtasot, räätälöidyt kalusteet ja ruostumattomat ruokailuvälineet keittiössä. Tilavassa Master-sviitissä on king-size-vuode, vaatehuone, poreallas ja erillinen suihku tilavassa master-kylpyammeessa. Vierashuoneessa 1 on queen-vuode ja vierashuoneessa 2 on 2 erillistä vuodetta. Queen-vuodesohva oleskelutilassa.

Historiallinen Savannah on vain 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Siellä on paljon tekemistä ja nähtävää, joten tule alas ja nauti rannastamme! Saaren aika alkaa ylittäessään viimeisen sillan!

Meidän huoneisto on perheystävällinen, mutta kiitos, tupakointi ja ei lemmikkejä.

4th times a charm!

This is our 4th time staying in this condo and we love it every time… always clean and well-apportioned and the bed arrangements works for so many guests… this year we had my parents in the king, my kids shared the queen and Mr brother and I shared the twin room… everyone was comfortable and happy and a good time was had by all! Will definitely book again for next summer!

This place was fantastic. The perfect spot right next to the pool with covered parking and a 2-minute walk to the beach. The condo was very clean all around and was everything we could have asked for. We had a great time and I fully intend on staying here again.

Accurate description. Basic kitchen equipment. Short walk to beach. First floor with elevator or one flight of stairs to access and under condo parking for two vehicles. Would definitely book again.

The unit was decent. Found popcorn and slime toy under coffee table in living room, an attachment to a hair dryer under bed and a recess cup wrapper in the dresser drawer of the room that had queen bed. When we pulled out the couch bed we found orange food residue (maybe Cheetos from the family that had slime and popcorn) on the couch cushion's, couches and rugs could use a good cleaning. Our daughter’s Crocs were stolen at the pool while she was swimming. Enjoyed not having to drive anywhere because we were so close to the beach and the pier as well as a lot of restaurants. They need to make it clear how to turn on the jets in the hot tub, it’s close to the ground behind lounge chairs. Also, they changed the code to the entry gates and trash can areas, we’re grateful that a couple told us and gave us the new code so that we could walk to and from without having to open the big gates for the auto’s. The code on the paper we were given is outdated. I’m grateful for the experience of Tybee Island, but unfortunately, we probably won’t return any time soon.

Perfect for family

Such an amazing time. Couldn't ask for a better host. So incredibly accommodating and response. The condo was PERFECT. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Only issue was the hot tub only worked the first night, but this was no fault of the host.

Lovely Condo

We had a great stay. The condo was spotless, roomy, and was close to the beach. The balcony was very spacious and overlooking the pool. Lots of cookware; the crock pot was very useful. Would most definitely stay here again! Could use a teapot in the kitchen and lids for the plastic cups that were in the cupboard so we could take some drinks to the pool. It would be nice for the pool and hot tub to be open maybe a little bit later. 9pm is pretty early to close; maybe 10-11pm.

Fun in the Sun

The rental was spacious enough for three couples. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, surrounding restaurants and shops. It was also very close to beautiful downtown Savannah, which is a must see.

We were very pleased with the rental process and the condo was everything we wanted. Very clean and well stocked. Only a block away from shops and restaurants, and 1/2 block from the beach. We’d love to rent this condo again.

Tybee Thanksgiving

The property is in a perfect location-the beach, pier, bars & restaurants were all very close. The unit needs some TLC and more importantly, a deep cleaning, especially in the master bathroom. The kitchen had many of the pots, pans, etc it listed in the description, most of which needed scrubbed before we could actually use them. No fault of the owner, the walking gate was hit or miss with the code.

First time to Tybee

We rented this unit for myself, husband, our 2 teenage kids, one year old daughter, mother in law and grandmother in law, so the three bedroom with a pull out couch was perfect. The unit had the perfect amount of space for all of us. The unit was also very clean upon arrival and the property overall was very clean. We would rent here again and enjoyed our time at Tybee. Tybee is very low key and the beach was great. The condo was a short walk across the parking lot to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the patio while the kids swam in the pool, my only recommendation would be to improving the patio furniture, but it was still a cozy spot for morning coffee.

Weekend wedding getaway

My wife and I just got back from staying here. This place was clean and spacious. Only minutes from the beach, this was a fabulous property to stay at. We were married in Savannah, and this was the perfect place to stay. I couldn’t be happier and the only downside is that we couldn’t stay longer. Unforgettable!
