Beautiful view with lots of variety. We saw dolphins almost every day. Some days required binoculars, as they especially enjoyed jumping infront of the freighters. The unit was pretty well clean. A spring cleaning, of wiping down some cabinets and a furniture upgrade due to worn and stained upholstery would help. However it wasn’t so bad that we were uncomfortable. The managing company responded quickly to an HVAC issue. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would rent the unit again. Hopefully in warmer weather when we can use the pool and pickle court.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful from the top floor balcony. Sunsets are gorgeous there! Our only negative was the elevator not working. We are senior citizens and climbing 4 flights of stairs with luggage and groceries was quite hard.

Great get away!

Property was very nice. Plenty of room and recently updated. WiFi was slow at times but that’s our only downside. Would stay here again.

Convenient and peaceful

The property was great. The community is quiet and not overly populated. The rental was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The rental had plenty of space for the three of us. The view was phenomenal and it was so great seeing dolphins out all day. There were some gnats that were on the balcony flying about, but there is a fan out there to keep them away. It is also just the nature of being outdoors. I would highly recommend!

Great Location

Lots of dolphins, shrimp boats, ships, the condo is clean for a vacation rental, the condo looks just like the pictures, the resort is lovely, the island is great, Savannah is beautiful, Charleston is a fun day trip, you are on the river but the ocean beaches you can walk to and staying at this location is better to dolphin watch, you are in the quieter/nicer part of the island, the kitchen is well stocked, the air works great you are left with starter items and the condo has a lot of items you might not find in other units the condo is mostly positive. I saw a few reviews with complaints about checking in at the office. It is so close and painless. You have to go there to get the gate pass. It took less than one minute. The negatives for us were the beds are not comfortable, the washer works but only on one temperature, the living room needs a curtain, but every family is going to have a different opinion. We had a great time and enjoyed our trip.

Beautiful View!

This place is very spacious and has one of the best views in Tybee! We were able to watch dolphins, shrimp boats, and even some lightning from thunderstorms over Savannah almost everyday from the balcony. The pool area was pretty quiet and relaxing. It was a short walk to Huc-A-Poos and the shops up north. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Brief stay

Property was great and view of the water was terrific. The location is more on the calmer side of the water-a 10-15 min walk up the beach gets you to the more active Atlantic side. Only things we would change are- Attached bath was dated. Outdoor furniture could stand to be replaced. Not sure why checkin and check out requires going to the rental office. It is very close for this particular property, but staying in beach communities up and down the Atlantic, it feels like a throwback process.

Amazing Views!

Definitely recommend. It had everything you could possibly need. Access to the beach, a pool, private parking. We even got to see dolphins in the evening. It's exactly what the pictures show.

Location, location, location This place is located in the best part of the island. Close enough to everything but far enough to have peace and quiet. The place was in great shape. Appliances are dated and flatware Needs to be replaced

Nice place, but room for improvement

Really liked the location and view, and the rental agency and cleanliness were great, and everything was in good working order, but the unit is starting to show its age. It appears the owner is making efforts toward updating the property.

I love Tybee and my family and I plan on being back next year! The only negative is the kitchen could use more bowls, lids, pans, etc. Otherwise it's a great view and an easy, short walk to the beach.

Beautiful condo, could use some updates and repairs

My family and I stayed at this condo for a week in July. The location is wonderful. We enjoyed watching ships and dolphins in the Savannah River each morning and evening. The walk to the ocean beaches were a bit too far with all of our gear, so we just drove and parked a little further south on our beach days. No problem! While the condo is in a great location and has some nice touches (love the art decor), it could use some updates and repairs. Most importantly, the mattress on the bed in the master bedroom appears to be very old and is extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I both had difficulty sleeping and ended up with sore backs by the end of the week. The ceiling at the top of the master bedroom closet was missing some tiles and showed signs of water damage, which caused us to avoid using that side of the closet. While the kitchen is well stocked, some of the utensils were dirty (the spatulas and some tableware had food particles dried onto them). Despite these shortfalls, we are very happy with our decision and had a wonderful vacation. We would choose to stay here again if we were assured that the mattress in the master bedroom was replaced.

The location of the condo was great , it was very clean , and checkin was easy. Watching the barge ships come in daily, was also great , even for my 22 and 16 year old kids! I would definitely stay at the condo again .
