This stunning cottage is located in the quiet, but very accessible area of Tybee Island, known as the Historic Ft Screven neighborhood. The neighborhood consists of small bungalows some of which date back to the time this was an Army Fort around World War II. It is a great neighborhood centrally located with easy access to the rest of the island by walking, biking, or golf carts. JC Park is within a ball`s throw with baseball and soccer fields, playground, picnic w/ grills, bathrooms, meandering path through the area, and disc golf! You are close to the Tybee Lighthouse, North Beach, The Tybee Marine Science Center, restaurants, the Tybee Post Theater and of course the BEACH! You will love this quaint area of our beautiful island.

It is as easy as walking out the door to get to the rest of the island`s amenities. The best way is by bike or golf cart. This location is accessible to all that Tybee Island has to offer. North beach is quiet area great for bike riding or golf carts. Our golf carts come with a Tybee Island parking pass.

The driveway offers parking for up to 2 vehicles. Nestled in a quiet mid-island neighborhood, the home keeps you close to restaurants, shops, and beach access while still offering a peaceful retreat.

THIS WASHER/DRYER IS SPECIAL ALL IN ONE COMBO. Please only wash small loads. Please do not wash or dry towels. For stays longer than 5 nights, you may request a towel exchange. Text 912-655-1029. This is limited to a one time exchange for every 5 nights of stay and will be delivered. Instructions: Set washer to “COMBO CYCLE” and to dry “DRY ONLY CYCLE”. There is also a laundromat available on the island at the intersection of 2nd Ave and Butler Ave in The Islands Rental/Praline Ice Cream center.
