This elegant two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is quite simply a home away from home. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom featuring an enormous walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and personal television, and is just steps away from the second full bathroom. The full kitchen gleams with new counter tops, hardwood cabinets and stainless-steel appliances and looks out through the cozy living area festooned in warm earth tones, to the private balcony on which you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail as you gaze out to the ocean!

This condo has an open view from the balcony of the lawn and pool area in the center of the resort. All of our condos have elevator access. Covered parking under the buildings is optional. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.

Our resort encompasses an entire oceanfront block and allows for the easiest beach and pool access on Tybee. The brand new pools include a large heated pool for year round enjoyment, as well as an even larger family-friendly sloping entry pool. Outdoor lounge seating completes the pool area along with a walk-up bar and restaurant at the onsite restaurant, The Deck Bar and Kitchen. Air-conditioned bathrooms and outdoor showers at the beach entrance make your visit even more enjoyable.

If you would like to travel with your dog(s), we allow up to two dogs, with the addition of a one time $100 pet fee per dog.

Beachside Colony Resort & Vacation Rentals offers the only on-site rental office on the island, open 7 days a week, and ready to help you with any information or tour booking that you need. Our resort is located on the beach, right in the middle of Tybee Island, a spot that puts it one mile from the pier, the hub of the island’s shopping and nightlife, and one mile from the Tybee Light Station, one of only 7 colonial-era lighthouses still in use in America. Directly across the street is Tybee's Memorial Park and our YMCA. This park features tennis, volleyball, basketball, and an amazing playground for kids of all ages as well as picnic and grill areas which can host small to large family gatherings. The island's library is also just across the street.

There are many restaurants within a short walking- or driving-distance, but after a long day on the beach, we invite you to enjoy The Deck Beach Bar and Grill; not only is it right in the middle of the resort, it is the only true beachfront dining experience on Tybee!

We had a great time. Easy check-in & check-out process. The condo was very nice, a very few items could have made it excellent, TV explanation guide, wine bottle opener, extra frying pan, swiffer sheets for mop/broom, very small things, nothing major. Overall, a great weekend getaway.

Great place!

We found this condo when Milton cut our Florida trip short and we really lucked out! The condo was very clean, property was well maintained, and very pet friendly. The Deck restaurant has great food and the pool was wonderful. We did have to buy a mattress topper for the sleeper sofa, the springs were poking our kids. There was no place in the kitchen to put food up; but the kitchen itself was well stocked. One pool is heated which was great! Would definitely recommend and we plan to come back!

Additional Information Needed

While the property and the management were nice enough, there was no warning about an event taking place during our stay. The event included being attacked by locals with water guns even after being asked to stop. More warning is needed by the management for guests who arrive and have no idea an event is taking place.

To start off there should have been a more descriptive process on checking in I had spoke to 3 different people and they finally told us there was a key in the late arrival box after trying to door code for a hour that did not work ! Then we we dealt with people trying to come in our condo every night we constantly heard the key pad going off and had to call the police the last time it happened we stopped a man who said he was delivering pizza but never once tried to knock or ring door bell just tried putting in a code and opening door VERY SCARY!! The beds were very hard and sheets were NOT clean master bedroom had blood on sheets and pillow cases !! Would not recommend and will never go again !!

Nice Place

No linens for the sofa pull-out bed and light out in bathroom, but great view and great pool area. The walk to the beach was perfect (short). I would stay here again. I wish the room would have had a broom for the sand, but no big deal.
