Juhli Tybeen kauneutta ja perheen kauneutta tässä huoneistossa, jossa on riitt��västi tilaa kaikille! Tämä tilava kolmen makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen yksikkö nukkuu jopa kymmenen ihmistä, runsaasti tilaa perheen viettoon tai yksin aikaa! Makuuhuone ylpeilee king-size-vuode ja kiinnitetty kylpyhuone, lisäksi oma yksityinen Oceanfront parveke. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta ja runsaasti lattiatilaa, kun taas kolmannessa on täysikokoinen vuode. Toinen ja kolmas makuuhuone ovat vain muutaman askeleen päässä jaetusta toisesta kylpyhuoneesta. Lopuksi olohuoneessa oleva mukava sohva avautuu ylimääräiseen queen-size-vuoteeseen. Wonderful location and beautiful condo.

We all had a great time. The condo was perfectly located and the balcony views were awesome. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant next to the condo on our first night and going out to do activities was easy and convenient. Thank you so much for having us!! We will be back!

Great location

Beachfront condo with a great beach access. Great condo with all the basics we needed for our 4 day stay. The beds are firm which I didn't love but that is the only negative. The front desk was amazing with helping us get into our condo after hours. You can rent beach chairs right from the front office too. So much to do in Tybee and this location is perfect.

What a VIEW

We really enjoyed the location and amenities of this property! However, our favorite was sitting in the tall chairs watching the sun come up every morning over the ocean. The furnishing and appliances may be a little dated but honestly it added to the charm of the artistic beach unit. My family had a blast playing games at the large dining table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed for cooking dinner.

Fabulous condo on the ocean

I only have positive feedback for our stay at Beachside Colony unit 423. Our first impression as we walked in was that we have a great place to stay. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt very welcoming. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, which isn’t always the case. We had straight on ocean views from the deck and were able to enjoy the beautiful sunrises. The beach was clean and we enjoyed the large area. We will most definitely be back and hope to stay in unit 423 in the future❤️

This year (2023) was no exception.The "up front" view of the ocean is always present and the balcony gives us a prime location to see the views, hear the ocean waves and other related sounds, and smell the refreshing salt air. A short walk takes us right to the beach whenever we want to go. Perfect!I've already reserved it for next summer and am sure we'll love it again!

The condo was in a great location, easy to get to. 2nd floor near the stairway so we never used the elevator, although you could. Our kids loved the pool and the easy access to the beach was a plus for the adults. The condo itself is spacious and easily could sleep 5-6 adults. The beds were ok, not super comfortable but doable. The pillows not so much, bring your own. The kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend bringing extra dishwasher detergent as they only provide one wash. And extra trash bags if you are going to stay more than a few days. I won’t lie, I had to clean the shower myself before I would step in it. It was nasty. The condo could use a paint refresh. It wasn’t perfect but still a nice place to be. I would stay here again in this complex for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo could not have been in a more perfect location for watching the ocean. However, you have to go outside to Hear it. You cannot leave the patio doors open to enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the comfort of the condo (which is half the fun of renting a beachside condo - the sounds at night). If you leave the patio doors open too long, allegedly it will freeze up the air conditioning unit and you have to pay an additional fee. Which brings up another problem we think is bogus. You CANNOT adjust the thermostat! The temperature isn't bad, but if we can't listen to the ocean and enjoy the ocean breeze, you should be able to make adjustments to the thermostat for YOUR comfort! Make sure if you have more than 4 people in your group to bring towels, they only provide 4, none in the cabinets. The departure rules are very specific about everything you must do for them and if you don't you will be charged an additional fee.(With the cleaning fee as high as it is, make sure you follow the rules.)

A couple of caveats

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had rental very close to the beach, so the location was excellent. The condo itself was very nice and well kept. The restaurant on the property is reasonably priced and serves good food. But I must mention a couple of things that were not ideal. The property consists of several buildings, each with a different name. From the parking lot, we had no idea where our building was; there was no signage to direct us. Thankfully, someone passing by said that the signs directing guests to each building were in the elevator. It seemed unusual and unhelpful to us that we had to get on the elevator before we could know where our building was, much less our room. Also, when we left, there was a long list of housekeeping duties we had to perform in order to avoid an additional charge of $100. We had to strip the beds, take out the trash, wash the dishes, etc. In other words, we were expected to do things they didn't want to pay a housekeeper to do. After paying between $2000 and $3000 for the rental, we thought that was unreasonable. We've stayed at numerous other rentals and have never been required to do housekeeping duties. If the reader isn't bothered by any of this, that's fine; but we will probably not stay there again. Now for something that has nothing to do with this property: parking on the island is hard to find and expensive. We spent $8.00 on parking to eat breakfast one morning. After that, we ate off the island.
